We purchased a very nice living spaces couch with the warranty. We were told if any spills, etc to not clean call them, as to not void warranty. Thanksgiving we had company, we notice the next day a few strange spots and one larger in size. I try to contact customer service, but got referred to email and video, done. Received an email back and they stated they were sending me a spot remover kit, Now I clean, will that not void mywarranty. Did not get a warranty for a kit to assist with these issues. Then the ubc port quit working notified them in same email asked several time about that. Finally received a response on my husbands email they were ordering the part. Thirty days nothing do not waste your money. Believe me this is not the only issue, I will never shop at Living Spaces this just iced the cake for sure.

My gf and I went to check out outdoor furniture. Got all the way to the back of the store and was harassed about my mask. I have a medical condition so I really can’t wear a mask and they literally kicked us out and were getting really close to us saying we can shop online. The whole point of a furniture store is to shop in person. This is why brick and mortar stores will die off soon. There was no one near us until this associate came up to us within like 3 feet of us and wouldn’t leave us alone then followed us out of the store. Never will I recommend them again and I’ve told so many people to shop here over the years.

Worst buying experience ever. Horrible delivery just an overall rotten experience. Miss lead us about the delivery and what delivers would do when they arrived. They did nothing, a complete farce. Do not buy from this store, you’ve been warned!!

Ordered utopia sectional customization on 4th of Aug. It says it will take about 6-8weeks since it is customized. Alright that's fine. So I ordered. Its 17th of Nov and I just got a messaged saying that it will be delivered in December...Are you kidding me? Everytime I ask them about it, all they tell me is wait. Like really? Can't even cancel because it's customized. Don't lie at first that it will only take 6-8weeks, if it takes way longer than that. If I knew, I will be living without a sofa this long, I won't even ordered from them at first place. Never ever ordering from these guys ever again. The sectional better be all good, shiny and perfect when it arrives since it took you guys way more than enough to make it. ---------UPDATE----------- I just got my sectional..and guess what? It came in two different colors. I ordered Caitlin flax color which is white with grayish stitches. The chaise came in right color but main body sofa came in totally different color, its darker gray....really? omg are you kidding me? Its that hard for you guys to get the colors right when it took you that long?! I called and they tell me at first that maybe the warehouse mixed up your order and then the delivery guys mixed up...and finally they tell me to wait another 8-10weeks so that they can get me the right color for the body part. NO WAY, I waited enough for this nonsense this sectional is not worth the money and your precious time, please don't buy from them.

We ordered a special order sectional, ottoman, and chair July 3rd and were told it would be 6-7 weeks to receive. After 14 weeks, we finally got our sectional and ottoman...but no chair. Today it has been 18 weeks since our order was placed and was told that the chair is missing and needs to be reordered. I was told that they would give me a credit of $100 bringing the price down to $850 for the chair and it would be ELEVEN TO TWELVE WEEKS to receive it. No thank you! I'm disgusted at how poorly ran this business is. Hot garbage!!!

I bought a couch August 21st 2020 with custom upholstery, which is offered by them. I was told by the manager at that time that this would take 2-3 weeks before it arrived in the store. I checked back in 3 weeks later. When I spoke with a cashier they informed me the average time for this has actually been about 8 weeks. So either I was lied to or the manager was not informed of delayed production. Either way I left a feedback comment internally with them on their site. It is now over right weeks later and I have yet to receive any response on this. Also, as a side note, if I don't want to spend 40 minutes waiting on the phone through their system I have to physically go to the store to check on my order, which is just unnecessarily inconvenient. I checked back in on this at 8 weeks, this past Friday, and the manager was to busy on a conference call to speak to me. The cashier I spoke with said they would email me an update on the order that evening, which have yet to receive. I don't feel like I'm asking for much. I spent $2500 on a couch and would like to know where it is and when I can expect it. It's ridiculous I still don't know and I should have been informed up front about this lead time instead of being fed false/inaccurate information. I guess I'll go back tomorrow... We'll see if I can find someone who cares enough to give me some information on where my order is.

Having the worst time getting through a claim for a chair that the service department ruined trying to repair a button. Chair is still a stock item and needs to be replaced. I purchased the extra warranty and each time I file a claim they deny it. They ruined my chair, all I want is an easy replacement! Where are the local phone numbers?! I want to speak to a person. No more texting and emailing- I want a human!

DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are the worst and lie!!! I ordered my couch over two months ago still not here. They scheduled deliveries twice and made me miss work just not to receive my couch I purchased. My order number is SO-006578776 AND THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP OR MAKE RIGHT. I just asked for my refund after 3 months. Manager Laura from corporate was rude and did nothing to help. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!
