Over the last 3 months we purchased a living room set, bedroom set and dining table set from the Millbrae and Fremont stores. We have nothing but good things to say about their sales team and delivery team. Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from but the quality of their furniture have been exemplary for the price point. No issues here!

So I order a beautiful sectional couch online from the clearance option and didn’t even realize that I should’ve measured the area I wanted it to be on. But anyways it arrived 3 days later super early in the morning very well individually wrapped. Due to Covid19 the delivery guys were so professional they used social distancing and used proper customer service at all time. It took them about 15 minutes the most and i did the setup my self. I love my couches they’re perfect 🤩 I got a great deal. Thanks living spaces crew.

We will see how our next delivery turns out, but our first two deliveries from Living Spaces was great. The initial communication about the delivery was a bit underwhelming and difficult, but overall, they arrived on time and packages/dining table, outdoor furniture and nightstand were as expected. We went back and ordered a sectional couch from them because the process was so easy. In general, furniture fulfillment right now is a disaster, so all of these negative reviews about timelines being extended far beyond what they tell you - that's happening everywhere due to COVID. I've ordered furniture from 6 different places and they all have the same issues, just a reality of the current environment.

I went to the Irvine LSace store this afternoon. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who checked my temperature. I walked over to the living room area, as I was looking for a sectional. Very quickly, a few minutes actually someone approached me and asked if I needed help. I said I do. She said she would contact sales associate. Kaitlyn came over and greeted me.
