I love living spaces about 3 months ago I bought my furniture from their and my living room set from their. My furniture is amazing thank you living spaces.

I had a really great experience at the Living Spaces in Frisco, TX. Aaron was my service rep and he was terrific. He gave me space to browse. I told him I didn't want to spend a lot of money. He took me over to the "outlet" section. Then I told him I had space constraints so he showed me the dimensions of the couches. He was kind, and funny, and super easy to work with. We got everything done on the tablet. I didn't have to go anywhere else. Excellent!

Saw one good review and took a chance. The reviews aren’t great but one gave me hope, it was the only place I found the exact couch I wanted for a decent price. I put in my order mid December it was considered custom so it was going to take 3 months. January I received an email saying it was going to be ready by February 2nd but I didn’t get my hopes up and stuck with the original expectation. I received an email March 1st that I could schedule delivery for that Friday or Sunday. Delivery was a little out of the time frame about 2 hours late due to issues with drop off at other locations. Overall the custom couch process took about 2 1/2 months and I didn’t have any issues. I’m happy with my purchase but will see how it holds up

We can't say enough good things about Living Spaces and the great customer service we received. We first met up with a great sales lady, Karyine at the San Jose store on Blossom Hill! She was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and/or concerns. This started our perfectly. We ended up with a floor model as well, in addition to other furniture purchases. She promptly reviewed any damage to the floor model with us and due to a couple issues, we received 15% off the purchase price. We told them we would return to pick up the floor model and were pleasantly surprised there was no delay in that. We met Daniel, Patrick & Zach who were delightful and loaded up our shelving and also insisted on bubble wrapping it for protection. We certainly appreciated that. The bonus was also the next day delivery in which we rec'd a text early morning and were given a 3 hr window and within the 1st hour our delivery arrived. We then met Amilcar and Jose who loaded all of it into our garage. The entire team at Living Spaces should be commended. We are thrilled with our purchase and will return to Living Spaces for our future furniture needs. Thanks again to a great team!

We purchased a couch. The process in the store went smoothly. It was delivered on time. There was some damage to one of the couch legs. We let them know and they immediately sent out a replacement, and in fact the delivery person installed it for my wife free of charge. It's only been a month so can't really comment on the durability but honestly, for the price, if we get five years out of it we will be happy.

We were shopping for a sectional and decided to visit the recently opened Living Spaces Frisco store on the 121. We had the pleasure of meeting Satish. He was the most amazing sales associate. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had been in the store for a couple of hours and our daughters were thirsty. There were no vending machines in the store. Satish managed to get our daughters water… that was the sweetest gesture ever!! We were treated like family and he went the extra mile to help us! Thank you Satish, you are definitely an asset to the store!!

Based on the other reviews here, I guess I am one of the few that had a good experience with Living Spaces. I ordered a bedroom set about a month ago from the Rancho Cucamonga store and it was on backorder for about 30 days. They gave me an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase and ended up delivering on that exact date (5 stars for reliability and credibility). There were no issues with delivery, everything arrived when they said it would and in good condition, and the crew was quick to setup. The set is great quality, and I am very happy with my purchase.
