Since I crossed the entrance, I received a great customer service and a great service from Daniel , He understood exactly what I was looking for with only a little detail from Me. He followed Us always and take Us where we need to go and refer us with the right personal and was very helpful and professional since the beginning until the end.

The sales woman, I think her name was Elle, was very attentive, professional and helpful. The store is very large and full of furniture and my sales associate was able to bring me right to what I was looking for, and gave me great options to choose from. I had a great experience shopping, and will come back next time I need a new piece of furniture.

Alex Johnson is Customer Service deserves a raise! After chatting in on an issue for legit 6 hours with someone else and not getting my not-at-fault damage issue resolved, and being told it could be up to 24 hours before I speak to a supervisor, I decided to call in myself and got sweet Alex. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of properly, was so kind and understanding, and is my new best friend. Thank you so much, Alex!

After reading some of these reviews, I still went ahead and ordered a dining table. I was told it would take a month for delivery. I also paid for in home delivery. The table was delivered on the date expected and brought into my home. After unboxing the table and setting it up, I was wonderfully surprised how beautiful the table was. It is a heavy well constructed table, and I couldn’t be happier.

Not sure why such low ratings I love the deals and quality of the furniture at this store. Sales people are super nice.

Ordered the Allie Buttercup small sofa/loveseat, and crossed our fingers it would make the 200+ mile trip from Frisco, TX. Communication was great by text, and exact window for delivery met by shipping company. Their logistics office left a voice mail AND texted to comfirm delivery date. WOW: shipper called as they were near. Truck couldn't make it down our narrow drive, truck driver used dolly and CARRIED the love seat 40 yards, into our home and neatly placed it for us! Impressive! Unpacking was easy, we found the feet inside the undercarriage compartment, and used the hex wrench included to attach them quickly. We love the modern, clean lines and soft fabric. We like the deep and moderately firm feel. Well done, we are suprisingly pleased.

We had a smooth order and delivery recently in the Austin, TX area. We ordered two large slipcovered dining chairs, and they are even more beautiful and comfy than they appeared online. We are now considering a much larger purchase from the local store, but I wouldn't hesitate to order from their website again. Not sure what all the horrible reviews are about. I am glad I didn't see them in this case because it would have made me nervous to buy from them. However, our experience in March of 2024, was fantastic. Threshold delivery was on time, trackable, and within 2 days of the order. Almost unbelievable how easy it was. I also like the quality of the chairs. They look great with my fancy Crate & Barrel table. Everyone loves them, and are fighting over who gets to sit in them at each meal. I'd call that a win!
