This store has no problem with doing fraud and the sad part is they even encouraging and supporting their employees to continue doing it, after weeks of waiting for the delivery, my coffee table finally arrived, the delivery guys dropped it of and took few pictures of the box and on their way to the front door, I asked let me please check it before you leave, the respond was we only deliver, if it was any problem contact the store and they were just gone, I opened the box and the product was heavily damaged, right after that I receive an email stating that I have received the product the a receipt was attached with my signature on it. Their delivery crew has impersonated me and forged my signature on the delivery document and they are so care less they even have emailed it to me, I did drive 45 minutes their store in San Leandro Ca, and explained everything, when I told their manager about the forging signature is a fraud and is felony they didn't seem to care at all, I just this is part of their business, I showed the pictures of my coffee and they said I can bring it back and get the floor model, however in order for me to be able to return it if I changed my mind I should not get any discount. I said that's alright, I signed a purchase agreement with NO discount and again they gave me a copy, next day when I contacted the costumer service to see if I can change this table they told me since I purchased the floor model with discount I can't change it, I told them that impossible and they said they have my purchase contract, I ask for them to email it to me and after receiving it its a contract with NO signature plus they have added few dollar discount so I can't return it. Unbelievable. I am planning to take legal action, impersonating, forging signature is a felony and they need to be stopped. Please contact me if you have similar story by Living spaces.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a table on 11/7/21 and the delivery window was stated as between 11/21 - 11/28. I was hoping to have the new table by Thanksgiving. When I started calling end of November and through December I was told it would be delivered by the end (very open ended, couldn't provide me with a date) of December. Today is 1/3/22 and still no table. False promises. The only solution I was given is that I could change my mind, cancel the order and get my money back. Well, duh - but I really would like the table I ordered, that is why I ordered it. I don't appreciate the misleading through false advertising that I would get a delivery by a certain date. So buyer beware, if you are ordering to have something in time for a special occasion or certain date, don't count on it, it may take forever-to-never, which is a long time.

I have only views products online - not in store. We purchased a large ottoman. After unpacking the furniture we immediately saw that it was not the same off white as shown online. It was a much darker tan color. Why this company cannot have online picture of the actual furniture is a mystery. I will never buy from them online again. I contacted the company and they arranged for pick up. We live in the northeast and the delivery company was very poor - they scheduled the delivery but never showed up. After complaining, they rescheduled a week later. Hopefully the pick up will be better.

Because of medical reasons, we needed an adjustable bed. We had a Reverie but we moved to AZ and now we have a larger bed so needed a larger base. I stopped by Living Spaces and talked to them about the wooden bed frame we had and how tall it was to make sure it would fit. They told me no problem. They are adjustable on the height. Had to talk to my wife to confirm everything when I got home but had the model and part # from what the sales person showed me in the store. Went online and ordered it and delivery service for same day delivery. My wife was there when they delivered it. She said the delivery people weren't the nicest. When I got home, they had left cardboard and plastic which was supposed to have been taken with them as part of the delivery. I called in and they were quick to refund the delivery charge. Two days later, I noticed the base was sitting on the bed frame side rail. I called to return the base as it didn't fit. The customer service person had me send photo's showing the problem and told me "no problem, we can fix it" They told me the warranty dept would be calling me back. I called back two weeks later and they claimed they tried to call, but I had no records of it. They had the warranty dept call me back which they did within a day and scheduled to come look at it. He came out and looked at the problem, saying it needed 2" spacers to raise it. Not a problem. The next day, I received an email saying they can't complete the repair with their repair tech. I called in and requested returning the bed frame again and was told it was longer then 7 day return window. I explained I tried doing this before the window was up but the woman in customer care just got snippy with me, saying this is company policy. I asked for a supervisor and she just said good bye and hung up. I've called in twice requesting a call back from a supervisor and still no call back.

Infuriating experience. I purchased a chair and a couch in August, and was promised an October delivery date. Understandable considering supply chain issues. In October I follow up and I’m informed it won’t be in until November. Then December. December first I am promised my delivery. I plan to work from home, and get a text at 0530 that my delivery window is between 16:00 and 20:00 on a Friday. At 19:00 I still hadn’t gotten a call, and notice the tracking says no one was home, undeliverable. I never got a call and never left my home. I can only assume the delivery drivers didn’t want to work until 20:00 on a Friday. I called XPO 3 times and got hung up on. A few days later, I get a reschedule. I work from home again. They come in the morning, and deliver the chair, but not the couch. The delivery driver says oh I have the paperwork but didn’t get the couch loaded. Recommends I call XPO. I call XPO, they say I have to call Living Spaces. Living spaces says XPO will call me. A week later I have called and called and called. I get transferred to no one, hung up on, get told someone will follow up. No follow up. No answers. No response to emails. The “National” team who is supposed to help has a recording saying you’re calling outside of hours allll day. Today I call and beg for a refund and they refuse, so now I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company. Run. Run fast. I can only hope they pay their customer service reps 6 figures for the blocking and tackling they do along with dealing with frustrated people like me.

This is the worst company I ever ordered anything from. Save your money, your time and all the headache and just find another furniture store. Over the last 4 months i have been constantly lied by their employees and their management. Delivery date was promised for 4 to 6 weeks after placing the order, 4 months later i am still waiting. Their staff is absolutely incompetent, they never know what is going on, never have any updates or information about my order. They lie to me about sending emails that are never send, about managers who will call me and they never call, other things too. They work with 3 rd patty delivery company called XPO logistics, and Living spaces claimed half a dozen time over the last month that all my furniture pieces have been send to XPO. The people from XPO insist they haven't received anything and they are still waiting for the order to arrive. 9 000$ worth of furniture and no one tells me where it is, at what stage of completion it is and any estimate when will I receive it. Absolute joke of a company. I wish I have never placed that order with them.

I ordered a trundle bed for my son. They blew up my emails to confirm delivery on a certain day and then the day before called and said they couldn't deliver due to missing parts. A week later with no work I called to check and miraculously the delivery was ready to be scheduled. The bed came, the mattress fit in the trundle as previously measured. But now, the trundle won't open. WILL NOT BUDGE! I call the company to advise of the problem and they are going to send someone out in a month. That someone comes and says yep! That's not going to work! Living Spaces won't replace it though because I called 8 days after deliver instead of 7. And that's just the problem with the bed! I special ordered a sectional with an ottoman. The guaranteed date came and went with no word from LS. I called the following week to learn the couches were ready but there was an "unknown" issue with my ottoman. No apologies, nothing. They simply canceled my ottoman but refused to cancel the entire order even though it was ordered as a set. Living Spaces is interested in what works best for them. Not for the customer.
