I ordered a dresser and two night stands in January with delivery in mid March. I got an email that my order was on its way and expected delivery March 16th. Never showed up. I called XPO on March 27th. They said the order was incomplete, they only had one nightstand. I then called Living Spaces customer service. They told me the order was shipped complete and they would contact me within 72 hrs. Crickets! It is now April 9th. I called Living Spaces again and was put on hold. After 20 minutes they hung up. I called back and was put on hold again. After 20 minutes I was told there was already a ticket open on my original complaint and I would have to wait for that to be resolved. No timeline, just a bunch of apologies. NEVER purchase from this company. Kevin Shipley

ordered a desk. delivery date has come and gone. "customer service" has no idea if it shipped or where it is. asked for someone who cared and no one has contacted me. going to dispute the transaction and not pay. that should get some attention. no customer service or agents that intentionally obfuscate and address issues not at hand. TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND STORE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered bedroom set and mattress. Confirmed delivery. No show and no call. I as the customer had to call them. Then had to fight to get the order the next day delivered. Another day wasted waiting on this moron company. Furniture arrived and delivered. NO mattress. Never told it would be delivered on another day or by another shipper. I had to call again and was told it would be drop shipped---but could not give me the date or time. Told them to arrange for it to be delivered at the end of the month. Was told could not do that. Asked to cancel. No response. Claimed mattress was delivered. NEVER was delivered. Now being told I have to file a claim and deal with the non delivery with the their shipper---and they will not give me the UPS tracking number. Credit card company notified. And their lame "Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We will send you a corresponding email from our livingspaces.com email address to further assist you in this matter. Kind Regards," is worthless as I have been dealing via email with them With ALL these low rankings why is BBB not doing something? NEVER buy anything form LYING SPACES

Ordered an area rug for our new house. Once we were able to move into our house after 30 days, we opened the rug to find out it looked nothing like the photo in the online store. Completely different color from the description and photo! When we tried to return the unused rug in original packaging, the store manager said it's past out 7 day return window. We tried calling customer service and they told us they created a ticket and would hear back in 48 hours which we never did. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Worst customer service ever. Shopping online elsewhere for the rest of our furniture.

Bought a chair and couch (both recliners) for nearly $5000. Couch was not fully returning to the upright position within 5 days. They sent a guy to look at it, which about 28 days for him to come out. He looked at it for a few minutes, and said it should be replaced. But Living Spaces said they no longer carried the couch. Out of stock, never getting them in again. I just pray they will actually give me a refund - sounds like that may not happen based on other reviews here. I highly suggest you go elsewhere to purchase furniture.

Would not recommend this company as they do not honor their commitments to the customer. I purchased over $6k worth of various items which were split up into two deliveries. The first delivery, I was given a scratched up entertainment center. I called customer service only to get the runaround & being offered $50 for a $2k piece. Second delivery, I received custom couches, only to find a stain on the pillow and very noticeable scuff marks on both pieces. After repeatedly calling customer service and AGAIN getting the runaround, I was offered 10% off for what was supposed to be a new product. Lastly, I was told at the time of purchase that 2 chairs ($800) were available only to find out the day I scheduled my delivery that the items were not available and I would have to wait until July. While I don’t expect perfection, this company, through multiple deliveries and conversations with various customer service has demonstrated that they don’t value their customers. I’m so disappointed. To the CEO, you should review your training program on customer conflict resolution. After talking to a dozen reps, I noticed the trend of reps bartering discounts to appease the customer. I will NEVER shop here again.

This company is a scam.. Reasonable prices however their performance on delivery is a minus 10.. Customer Service is non-existant.. A scam and a sham.. Zero on performance and minus10 on customer support.. Don't waste your time and money..

Do not purchase from them online. I ordered a sectional from them on 11/5 because I was assured I would have it before Thanksgiving and that didn't happen. I found out two days before it's "delivery date" that it wasn't available because it was open stock. I told them I really need it at least before Christmas and they basically told me it would ship when it shipped. The order was about a month and half late by the time it finally shipped (12/23), then the shipping company lost the order. The last tracking update was on 12/28 and I emailed Living Spaces on 1/6 since XPO wouldn't tell us anything. After a week they tried to tell us it was a weather related delay (it wasn't) and it took 20 total days (plus 5 emails, 6 calls and hours of my personal time) for them to finally figure out that XPO lost it. XPO is an actual nightmare, our local branch hangs up on people trying to get info, but that's a whole other issue. They tried to automatically order me a new one with no shipping timeline, I told them I needed to speak to a manager first to figure out what our options are, they told me they would call me back today and still no call. Horrible customer service, horrible experience and I give up and cancelled my order. Emails would go days/weeks without being answered and the system online never reflected any concrete updates so I would just have to take their word for it. They say they will escalate the issue but it doesn't happen. I honestly feel they don't care about the online customers, they lack empathy in dealing with customers and they don't care that they lose the sale.
