I purchased over $15,000 worth of furniture from the Living Spaces in Pflugerville TX. Only one of the items I purchased the extended warranty being a white outdoor sectional, mistake #1 bad thats how they get you.At the time of purchase I was told by the sales agent, that everything has A ONE YEAR WARRANTY including an imported wool rug (the largest rug they carry and costing $1000). It looked amazing until I vacuumed it. The fibers started pulling out. I thought it might be xtra as I have made wool fiber rugs and weaving, it had to be a type of settling. NOPE soon the warp (strings in the backing that hold the whole thing together started pulling out at all the edges. I called the store and asked how to start a warranty claim on my rug. “We dont warranty rugs for more than 7 days.” I told them I was told it had a 1 yr warranty. “She was wrong” So your saying I’m just screwed? “We are sorry but we dont warranty rugs.” I asked for a manager and the manager said, thats right we dont warranty rugs. I asked,”So your sales person can tell whatever lies they want to make a sale and you dont even care who it was and there is nothing you will do for me a client that spent 15K in your store and you WONT make good on a $1K rug? She then made it my fault… “did you pay attention to the care instructions? Some care instructions say that they cant be vacuumed. WHAT THE HECK? A RUG THAST CANT BE VACUUMED? That’s right, you obviously didnt read the care instructions on the back. I’m sorry but we can’t help you. When I said Ill be placing a scathing Google review and an all social media she said there is no reason to threaten! I’m not making any threats, I’m caring about other people and to tell them what a horrible company this is and all you care about is the $$ you can take/steal from the innocent client. SO BUYER BEWARE….

Delivered 3 weeks AFTER estimated time frame. Contacted multiple times and could never get a straight answer on status of the order/delay. Arrived yesterday broken and unusable (can't open drawers, split wood on top right). Poor quality and finish looks cheap. Have to wait 2 more weeks for them to pick it up/return. Unacceptable.

We ordered couches and tables, unfortunately our home we were building in Texas was delayed by 6 months. We called when all pieces reflected preparing for transport and updated to our Az address, told to call Synchrony and all set. 10 days later everything is in Texas and we are being told “too bad” pay us 25% restocking fee because it was custom and reorder if you want??!! Worst customer service ever.

Ordered a couch april 13. Delivery was changed 2 times. 2nd time, it was out for delivery May 27th and then they called that day within the scheduled window time, and said they weren’t able to deliver the item. The reason was “unknown”. They told me I had to wait another week to have it delivered. They ended up calling me before the scheduled delivery day and informed me that the couch was “soiled” and unable to deliver it. How could it be soiled all of sudden? It must have been soiled a week prior when you couldn’t deliver the couch for “unknown” reasons. I told them I wanted a refund immediately and to cancel my order. The representative said she would do that and follow up. Never heard from her. Had to call customer service 2x after “chatting” with a few representatives online. Once I called, they explained they had no notes on my account and didn’t know what happened so I had to explain the situation from the beginning! They told me they can’t process the refund until they confirm that they have the couch. THEN they tried to charge me a restock fee. Why would you charge me for anything when you were at fault and it’s STILL at the warehouse. It was never delivered to me!! I had to call back and get the refund amount adjusted to not include any other fees. They told me it can take 4-6 weeks to get a refund. This was the worst experience ever. I knew to expect a delay since covid, a lot of places are impacted. But the service is is absolutely ridiculous. I will never order anything here again. Not even a pillow. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. Buyer Beware.

Absolute worthless company who could care less about customer services ce. They make you dispose of defective items after they replace the defective item.

I’ll cut to the chase, avoid this company! I will for the rest of my life. We were in the process of building a house and naturally you have to order fixtures in advance and then coordinate the installation of those with several subcontractors. When we realized that the lights we bought ($150 each x4) we’re not going to work I reached out to the company and they said because we were outside of the 7 day return policy there was nothing they could do. 7 days!!! This is 2022. We are on the tail end of a pandemic. Tell me what other company on the planet has a seven day return policy. The organization clearly has no desire to compete against very reputable companies. I spoke to one sales representative and then a manager. They had no desire to do anything to help me nor acknowledge any understanding but was advised I should have read the return policy. Good grief. Get with the program Living Spaces, otherwise you won’t be around very long. You sure won’t see another dollar of mine.

DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from living spaces! Primarily because their customer service is very unhelpful. Also, a word to the wise, if you do order anything from Living Spaces, be aware that you only have SEVEN days to return or exchange!! The bed we that we waited 3 months for was ordered incorrectly as a California King, instead of a standard king. We waited 14 days to put it together, because we had to finish painting, only to realize (after spending over an hour assembling it) it was the incorrect size bed. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do because it was “past the 7 day window for returns”. Absolutely pitiful customer service. Will not be ordering anything from this company again.

I wish I could give this company a negative rating. My experience was so bad that I had to dispute it with my credit card company. I ordered a daybed back in February and it is now nearly May and I still haven't received it. I had to pay $250 for delivery alone, which is crazy in today's retail world, and after waiting nearly a month for its arrival, it was delivered to the wrong address by their shipping partner XPO. I contacted XPO and Living Spaces and was told it would be retrieved and redelivered, and that I would receive a callback within 24-72 hours to schedule redelivery. I never received the callback and each time I reached out to Living Spaces, they told me to contact XPO, visa versa. This went on for over a week and I was eventually told by some clueless person that the package was still at the incorrect address. I drove 40 minutes to the incorrect address (same street name and number, different town) and found a note from XPO saying it was picked up. I contacted Living Spaces again who told me to reach back out to XPO. At this point, I had spent $900 and hours of my time with no resolution, so I handed it off to my husband in hopes that he could get to some sort of resolution (he works in furniture logistics). He got slightly further than me only to discover that we couldn't even get a replacement delivered because it is now out of stock. I am STILL waiting on a refund from Living Spaces, so I ended up disputing it with my credit card. I am writing this while I am on hold with XPO, YET AGAIN, because they won't stop calling me. I guess when Living Spaces eventually cancelled my order it requested that XPO pick up my package (that I never received?!) for a return. Hands down, worst retail and shipping experience I have ever experienced. To layer onto the frustration they still have my money... mind blowing. Take your money anywhere but here!
