Living SpacesReviews of livingspaces.com

Had I checked these reviews before buying a recliner chair I might not ever ever set foot in the store. I was impressed with the wide slection and the ability to pick any fabric without incurring additional cost. I did resist the high pressure add-ons that seemed to come one after another. The chair was delivered within the window promised and the delivery service offered to set it up, even though I had chosen front porch delivery. I did not when I purchased it that if you chose to cancel even a day later I would be subject to a 25% fee. No chance here for buyer's remorse.

I don’t always leave reviews but I felt I should since I was concerned about all the negative ones I’ve seen. Most seem to be about delivery issues, so I’ve been holding my breath. Our sofas arrived today. Not only are they pristine and exactly what we needed, but we received multiple updates confirming the delivery time. We called yesterday because I was worried - immediately connected with a pleasant and helpful live representative. The items were carefully packaged. In fact, we are now swimming in paper, cardboard and plastic packaging but thank goodness we can recycle all that. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was a worrying mark on the microfiber where cardboard has dug in a bit. It seems to be resolving itself though, now that it has been unwrapped. (I hope so) Update: the mark is gone. All good now and we love our new furniture

Since my order has been resolved by our local Living Spaces store, I feel the need to acknowledge the very nice customer service rep who waited on us. We exchanged the damaged lamp, received our credit and ordered another lamp just like it. The new lamp came just 3 days later, well wrapped and no damage. She made our day :)
