My wife wanted new barstools. We were greeted by an incredible and knowledgeable Living Spaces employee named Stephanie and she listened to my wife and showed her exactly what my wife wanted. My wife was super happy and I was happy with the price. We bought them on the spot.

My experience with this a store has been great! I purchased a dining table set from the floor. We picked it up ourselves a few days later bc they don’t deliver as is/marked down items. Pick up wasn’t bad and they loaded it quickly but carefully. That day we also purchased a recliner and it will be delivered in a few days. Both transactions were seamless and both sales associates that helped us were great. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of the furniture and the prices we paid are great so we are happy so far.

The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and polite. He checked to see what we where looking for (which was a wall hugger recliner with the long handle on the side) and took us into the warehouse where the recliners were located, and then he excused himself and went to get a salesperson who he said would know more about the items. He introduces us to Jaymie and she was wonderful. She double checked what we where looking for and proceeded to show us what was available. She was patient with me and listened to my questions, and was friendly and polite satisfying my worries and questions. She made the whole process quick and easy without making me feel like she was just trying to push a product on me that I didn't really want.

The sales team had the fundamental knowledge and expertise to present the differences in the value of their products. There were options we considered beforehand that my wife and I had thought was the best overall options in our situation though quickly learned otherwise. After building a rapport with them we made the better decision on the options we had and from there we then could decide what other factors to consider in the purchases made that day.

You will be greeted when you come in but not because a salesperson wants commission from your purchase-- the employees here work commission free, so I was able to peruse the large selection at my leisure and have my questions answers straightforwardly. The staff that helped me were very knowledgeable and patient, making the process easy and enjoyable.
