DO NOT RECOMMEND. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They scheduled multiple delivery dates, cancelled, and had to reschedule. Trying to call them is a nightmare -- you're connected to their support and then their logistics company and back to support. They provide insignificant credits for huge delivery delays and wasted time. Terrible all around.

To Improve? Shut the place down! They have a 2.1 rating. The fabrics on their furnitures are sub-standard cheap garbage. The foam & cushion fillers (hollow fill) are sub-standard. 3-6 months after normal use it shows significant wear. Many of the furnitures they sell are 3rd party contracted. Their customer service has no comment or concern about quality. Customer service knows nothing about the materials and fillers. Totally unaware and uneducated to talk about their own products. They will just tell you, “sorry there’s nothing we can do.” They hide behind a curtain. The 3rd party (3rd world) warranty is a total scam. DO NOT BUY IT! You will never get any satisfaction. The store makes promises that everything is covered for 5 years, but the 3rd party warranty company, not Living Spaces, will not fix or exchange anything and they just pocket your money. The warranty company complaint process works by online website complaint form, then your follow-up is with an out-source call in the Philippines. Regardless of your complaint, The girl tells you your claim is not covered under the terms of the warranty, when it clearly is covered under the terms. They are scammers & liars! Cannot be trusted! Nothing you can do. They have your money.

This was my first and definitely last time purchasing from this location. The sales staff were very friendly and gave the impression that they were highly focused on customer service. I was helping my mom, who had just lost her husband, pick out new recliners. The salesperson showed us several options, and we chose one that seemed super comfortable in the store. My mom customized the fabric and spent a considerable amount of money on these recliners, even purchasing the warranty for added protection. Unfortunately, from the moment we received the chairs, they’ve been a huge disappointment. You sink uncomfortably into the back because they weren’t constructed properly. One of the recliners rocks unevenly and makes a terrible noise. We’ve called both the store and the warranty company multiple times, only to be told that none of these issues are covered under the warranty. I wish I had read the reviews before shopping here, as I would’ve never made this purchase. Buyer beware!

Garbage company. They don’t even sell replacement parts or provide the contact information to the manufacturers to get a part. No post-sale support whatsoever. Their customer service call center is filled with scumbags. Their leadership is non-existent. I reported them to the BBB but doubt they care in the slightest. Scumbags

Purchased a $2,000 sofa with a warranty. In under a year the padding was shot. Since it wasn't a structural problem, Living Spaces refused to help me, even when I asked them for someone to refer me to to refill the foam. I am petite and weigh less than 130lbs and this sofa couldn't perform.

I am not one to leave negat reviews but with Living Spaces, I cannot help but to let consumers know that it is the worst run company I have ever had to encounter. I would strongly advise you not to make the same mistake I made and ignore all the other reviews.There are many more furniture stores in the area and I will be taking my business to one of them. To sum it up, I bought a living room set that was in stock and was to be delivered a week from the the day I bought it. Come to find out that all the pieces were sold to another customer,

I bought a chest, and the hinges failed and the wood warped within 6 months. There is no customer service email - just a bot, and an 800 number that is never answered. Terrible experience.

Do not buy from this company. I waited eight week to receive a damaged table. The agent scheduled the delivery for return three times, but the delivery guys have never showed up. They just hold your money by not picking up your damaged items
