We were shopping or a recliner and they had a good selection. Our salesperson, My, was very helpful.

Overall good experience, everyone that we spoke to was helpful with the process of purchasing and delivery process.

Greta was very nice and was very helpful. The selection wasn’t vast, but I liked the experience. They were not too pushy and were nice to deal with.

I worked with Scarlet to order a recliner that I have been trying to get for about a month now as a birthday gift from my kids. She was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Thank you Scarlet!

jeremy was very helpful. He was able to help us without a lot of pressure or any problems. Very easy to check out. Slightly disappointed that my original choice was still in a shipping container and not available until much later.

Salespeople were helpful but gave us time to look around too

The sale in the store was great, the delivery guys the next was great but when my husband opened the box it was not so great. The coffee table was cracked on both sides. I got in touch with customer service which was great until they wanted to give me a discount to keep the broken item but I said no. She understood and set me up for them to deliver a new one the next day which was great, until the delivery guys showed up. The gentleman brought the box to the porch and proceeded to get on his phone while my husband who is 72 struggled with the box and getting the table out of it. The delivery guy did not even offer one tiny bit of help just stayed on his phone. I don't know if this is their policy but if it is it sucks! And I don't think I'll be returning to Living Spaces if this is the way their delivery service and damaged return policy works.
