Bought an L-shaped sleeper sofa from Living Spaces in June, 2024 🔸 **Sleeper mechanism FAILED completely** (won’t pull out despite gentle use). 🔸 **L-seat cushion sank unevenly**, causing loud noises and an ugly, lumpy surface. 🔸 **Customer service dismissed us** – said the 1-year warranty expired (absurd for 1500$ furniture) and only offered a third-party repair line at our expense. This is clearly defective materials/workmanship. Avoid Living Spaces if you expect durability or post-purchase support. Their ‘warranty’ is a joke.*"

I ordered an end table and a coffee table from them. The end table was in stock, so I picked it up from the store I ordered it from. The coffee table was not in stock, and would have to be brought in. I accepted this, and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday - pretty quick turn around- so I thought. I received a call the day before my delivery was supposed to occur ( 8:00 am to 6:00 pm). They told me the delivery was going to be delayed. I accepted the delay and rescheduled for a week later. Got another call the day before the 2nd delivery was supposed to occur, telling me once again the delivery was going to be rescheduled. This has gone on now, three times. I am supposed to be getting the coffee table delivered 6-22. I'm not holding my breath.

I ordered 2 sleeper sofas one was missing the legs. Called to have them send me some and they said they don’t have them and there’s nothing they could do about it. Secondly, I ordered a custom sofa and after 3 months I called numerous times to see my delivery date . Come to find out the sofa was lost and the fabric that I choose, which was a brand new fabric , is now discontinued. No one ever called to let me know! Customer service is pathetic. Never again will I ever purchase anything from them again!

They are cheaters scammers. They took 1 lakh deposit from me never confirmed the date of delivery. Unilateral way of operation. I am in Mumbai and I learned from my friend in Bangalore he had the same experience. Files case against them in consumer court. Please stay away from this company

I ordered two glass tables from Living Spaces and have received two very damaged large boxes filled with broken glass. The company is refusing to refund my money for the 2nd order, nor pick up the approx.75lb box of dangerous broken glass and will not respond to my emails. They/Christina insisted I open the second box and photograph the broken glass, In doing so I cut my finger and had broken glass spill out on the floor of my community's package room. Customer service will not acknowledge or respond. As a retired designer having ordered hundreds of furniture and decor items, this experience is unacceptable.

Paid $100 for "full in-home assembly" on a $900 order—turns out the item was already assembled. Just adding wheels. Tried to cancel, was told it’d delay my order and cost more. Two useless chats, a scripted call, and a rude manager who blamed me. Drove to the store and canceled everything. Awful service, zero accountability. Never again. Shameful way to treat customers.

Worst customer service ever. They sell the cheapest quality furniture, force you to buy a useless warranty, and don't stand by their product at all. I'm up to 20 hours of calls and emails and still not even close to a resolution.

Horrible company and customer service is non-existent. Poor quality of products- they expected me to turn over a 10ft table and chairs to make sure there was no hidden damage- after 3 days it customer's responsibility - warranty is not worth the paper it's printed on (they just take your money)- customer service - what customer service - I complaint to BBB (as have other 100's of people)..read the complaints there- Google AI got the company and service spot on! - (from google AI) Living Spaces has received numerous complaints, particularly regarding customer service, delivery issues, and product quality, with some customers reporting furniture falling apart or damage during delivery. I would never buy from them again - I just bought a living room leather sectional from another company - stayed way from Living Space - what a world of difference
