We recently purchased a new build home in the Las Vegas area. We love the modern club chairs and outdoor set ($7,500) we bought from Living Spaces, but unfortunately, our experience quickly turned sour. A rug we bought arrived unexpectedly before our chairs and out door table . When we finally unrolled it 12 days later when the actual furniture arrived, we discovered it was too large for the room. Upon attempting to return it just five days after our official move-in, we were denied due to a strict 7-day return policy. We had planned to spend over $15,000 more on other furniture, including a matching dining set and bedroom pieces. However, due to this inflexible policy on a single unused and undamaged item, we will not be making any future purchases here. It's disappointing that the company chose to lose a substantial future sale over a single $569 item. We cannot recommend shopping here given this rigid and unreasonable return policy. The funny part, our Living Spaces card hasn't arrived in the mail yet but we will be shredding it the moment it arrives. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I will give zero star. they are fraud and request you please do not give any work to live space

i spent over 3 grand on a small sectional a month ago and still have not received it. Customer service is very rude when i try to get information and i have even been yelled at. They tell you to drive an hour across town to the showroom for questions because they claim to not have any info and wont give you a way to call or email the store. They now tell me the delivery date range i received in my confirmation emails dont matter and they can take 6 weeks or even longer.

I bought a zero gravity reclining couch with a massage and lumbar support feature from Living Spaces. When I received it the lumbar support wasn’t working. After notifying Living Spaces, Living Spaces customer service sent a third party furniture repair technician out to fix it. The repair technician checked out the problem and said he couldn’t fix it and was recommending to Living Spaces that they replace it with a new couch. After receiving a new replacement couch, not only was the lumbar feature not working but the massage feature didn’t work either. I told Living Spaces and they wanted to send out a third couch and assured me that it wouldn’t have any problems. My wife and I had enough at this point so we declined and said we wanted our money back and have the money returned to our credit card. Living Spaces said we could only get a store credit, that had to be redeemed in 30 days or we’d lose our $2,500. My wife and I thought this was absurd so we’ve contested the charge on our credit card. At this point, we’re still waiting for the credit card company to adjudicate the issue. Bottom line is: Stay away from this corrupt company! Their furniture is garbage.

We ordered our couch on August 2nd - it was delivered on August 12th. We it arrived one of the pieces to the L-shaped couch was incorrect. Customer service called and said they would return the next day with the correct piece. They left the incorrect piece in our garage. Later in the day we received notification that we would not receive the piece until August 26th. They said they only come out to Granbury twice a month and they would not make an exception for us. Now we have a couch that is not complete and company coming over. Horrific customer service - they made the mistake but we are being punished for it???? Will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this company again.

I rarely post negative reviews, but my experience with Living Spaces has been extremely disappointing, I would give them a negative rating but that is not possible. I purchased a chaise that was later confirmed by their own technician to be defective in design and alignment. He personally told me this during the inspection. Despite this, Living Spaces insisted on charging me a 25% restocking fee to exchange it — treating the situation as if it were a simple return rather than a confirmed quality issue. After weeks of back-and-forth, they initially approved an exchange, but only with the fee, and gave me a short time window. When I continued to dispute the fee based on the defect, they simply let the approval expire and then told me it was “too late.” What makes this worse is the contradiction: their technician acknowledged the defect to me directly, yet their customer care team is now saying otherwise. This is not how a reputable company should handle a verified defective product. I’m left with a product I’m unhappy with, hours wasted on follow-ups, and the feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority for Living Spaces. I expected better — honesty, accountability, and a fair resolution. Unfortunately, my experience shows otherwise.

Was on a mission yesterday to find a new living room set. First went to Rooms to Go, then Home Zone, and then Living Spaces. Walked in to Living Spaces, greeted, asked what I was looking for, pointed in the right direction, then nothing. Walked around the section 3-4 times. Stopped and took a hard look at a couple of pieces, still no one to answer questions or ask me if I needed help. Walked out. Made a purchase at one of the previously mentioned stores.

We saw some of the negative reviews but we didnt think we’d experience it. Me and my gf spent almost $4,000 on a mattress and bed frame and a ($300!!!) Mattress protector on 7/10/25 at the Baybrook location. We told the ppl we we did not move in until The 1st of August and to not send it until after the first so the package wouldn’t be lost or stolen. WELP the package delivered on the 17th and when the bed was delivered we had no mattress protector. We did not have a tracking number to at least wait for the package and go by the house and pick it up. We did not get the keys until 8/1/25 so we didn’t have access to the house. So we reached out to customer service and they are not helping AT ALL. They are saying to make a police report and we know that is not going to solve anything , the package was stolen and the between the salesperson and shipping company the ball was dropped and the shipping company. And now we are out of $300 and our merchandise we paid for. They are not budging. I hate I didn’t take the reviews seriously and hate we opened a credit card with them. We spent almost $4000 and they won’t make it right over a $300 mattress protector. WE WILL NOT BE SHOPPING THERE EVER AGAIN.
