I strongly agree with the reviews stating how bad Living Spaces and their warranty is. We will never and will spread the word to our friends how horrible Living Spaces is and their warranty. We purchased a $4k couch and upon 3 years our entire couch starting peeling and became completely awful looking all over the large sectional. We had them come out and fix one of the reclining chairs that they approved and when the other side broke they wouldn't approve it. The contractor that came out on this first reclining chair stated that the couch and the "peeling" was in fact defective. It was made with defective backing and do not let them get away with it. We tried 3 times to have covered and they still refused and declined. No couch should disintegrate within a few years. Never buy from Living Spaces or purchase their warranty.

I spent nearly $500 on two chairs from Living Spaces, and I never received my order. I provided very specific delivery instructions because my neighborhood is full of homes that look exactly the same, yet they still delivered my chairs to the wrong address. I have been going back and forth with their customer service multiple times, explaining the issue, and they have done absolutely nothing to resolve it. It’s completely unacceptable to spend that kind of money and be ignored while the company refuses to take responsibility. I have reported Living Spaces to the BBB for what I believe are scamming practices. I want to warn everyone: do not order from this company. Save your money, your time, and your frustration. They clearly have no regard for their customers or delivering what they promise.

Delivery was to take place on Saturday, they notified us that same morning that it wouldn't be delivered and it would then be another 3 weeks before they could delivery it. Rescheduled for today. Confirmed delivery yesterday. No show today. Called customer service who basically said - too bad, we can reschedule for another date. No customer

Bought a mattress that was advertised as "firm", when I received it, it was the soft one but had a "firm" label on it. They sent a specialist to test the mattress, he said it was soft not firm and put it on a report. 3 days later I got a phone call from them saying that since the law tag said firm, and that's what the invoice says I received, that they would not exchange it. And now I'm supposed to sleep on a soft mattress for the next 8 years of my life....

Highly recommend to stay away from this company they leave young lads on jobs with hardly any materials or tools they also haven’t payed the lads for all the work they have done stay well away from these

I was encouraged to purchase a 5 year warranty on two sofas. I had to file a claim. There is no number to talk to a person. They will not fix the defective "leather" that is peeling after 6 months of ownership. The sofa structure is good. However, my money was wasted on this warranty and on spending money at this store. What a disappointment. Just avoid this store. In the long run, your money is wasted.

Ordered couches and scheduled them for delivery. They said they called, but they never did. Couldn't reschedule for several days, and no one cared about my situation. Really upset about this experience. Believe the reviews about this place. Sometimes its better to pay a little extra to avoid situations like this.

I like living spaces but the warranty company that they use is absolutely worthless and does not stand by their warranty. I bought a piece of furniture in 2021 and we barely use it and the fabric started falling apart. I filed a claim and it was denied for not filing in the year I noticed the damage. I have another year to file. Sad that there is so much dishonesty and a lack of integrity. I will never buy that warranty again.
