DON'T BUY FROM HERE. I recently had surgery and needed a recliner that had separate controls for head and legs. I contacted their online sales agents not once but twice to confirm that the chair I was about to order did in fact have that capability. I took a screen shot of the second one as proof, because it wasn't clear they were actually checking the product while I was chatting with them.
Sure enough, the recliner gets here, and doesn't have the very capabilities they said it had.
I contacted customer service and they said that I would have to pay the restocking fee (plus the pick up fee) even though I have PROOF that their sales people flat out lied to me. Total SCAM and heartless.

I would give them a 0!
I would give them a 0! The couch I purchased for 2400.00. Was not the couch I actually ordered from the showroom! The couch delivered is very cheaply made. The cushions sink in there's no support whatsoever! I called in 2 weeks after it was delivered and they refuse to help. They offered 157.00 back. I was really upset. It's embarrassing to tell family and friends that come to visit that my Brand New 2400$ couch set is uncomfortable to sit in. I had to purchase another couch because my back can't handle the one I purchased from living spaces. I would never purchase from them again. I'm actually going to see what I can do to getting a full refund! I'm seeking legal advice. I feel I've been robbed. Especially with this economy. They did get me by charging me thousands for a couch set that wasn't what I chose from the showroom! Be careful what you buy and you only have 7 days to figure out if it's the actual product you ordered. You would think it would be 30 days but it's 7. Weird! But please be careful with your shopping at living spaces. They are a fraudulent company in my eyes!

Work on customer relations
I ordered a table with four chairs with delivery and assembly. Somehow one of the chairs was damaged before reaching my home. Delivery guys brought the table and three chairs in and called about getting a replacement fourth chair. Store made them take the assembled table and three chairs back since it's a 'set' instead of bringing a chair. I sat home all day. I have to reorder. I have no table for at least a week. Refund takes five days. Starting over and offered no discount or anything on a replacement. Suck. At least offer free delivery or ANYTHING after causing a problem for a customer. Bad business.

Delay to delay to DISCONTINUED
I originally purchased with Living Spaces on October 20, 2025, for 4 pieces of furniture. These items included the Seraphina Beige Wood 5-Drawer Chest, Seraphina Beige Wood 6-Drawer Dresser and Seraphina 2-Drawer Nightstand Set Of 2. At the time of ordering I was informed that the drawer dresser and the drawer chest were going to be on backorder, and I was going to receive the nightstand set first. The expected delivery dates I received for the nightstands was Sat, Nov 8 - Sun, Nov 16 and for the other items it was Tue, Dec 2 - Wed, Dec 10. When the delivery window for November came, I contacted customer service for an update on November 7th and was told in writing that my items were expected to arrive at a delivery hub within the next two weeks. That in fact did not happen. Instead, my delivery times kept getting pushed back because of a "capacity restraint" with the delivery carrier and my new delivery window for the nightstands was Dec 02, 2025 - Dec 11, 2025. It wasn't communicated until after this delivery window passed that the delivery carrier would not deliver pieces of furniture at separate times going against the contract I signed with Living Spaces for my order. My delivery kept getting pushed back and I wasn't given an update until December 23, 2025 about my order. It was expected to be shipped between 7-14 days from the date I was sent an email on the 23rd, however on the 30th I was informed that the 3rd party delivery company that they won't accept the furniture because it was not in its original packaging. Four days later on January 3rd, 2026 from Living Spaces that they would not be able to ship the nightstands that I ordered because "your item is not in stock and has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
At this point your option is to re-select or cancel. ". I demanded my FULL REFUND and cancelled my order. I ended up ordering with a different company for furniture with better quality. After I cancelled my order and received my refund, Living Spaces posted that the items were in stock, disappointing. If you can take a screenshot of the furniture and image search it through Google, you would be able to find other furniture companies that have the furniture you are looking for and can delivery in a reasonable time. BEWARE of ordering from Living Spaces if you opt into delivery because either you will wait an extended time for furniture or it can end up "discontinued"

Where is this company's ethics?
Where is this company's ethics?
I purchased a mattress from the Living Spaces and received one of their promotional gift cards in the amount of $300 which I attempted to use recently. I placed an online order for an item and entered the gift card information, then received a confirmation on the next screen that the gift card funds were applied successfully. I also received the approximate dates of delivery.
However, because of a technical issue on the website (which was confirmed by their employee, Alex), my order apparently did not go through properly. By the time I discovered this, the gift card had just expired and now the company refuses to do anything to rectify the situation. I've spoken to two managers, both of whom thought it was appropriate to talk over me and tell me that the issue was MY fault. I even sent a screen shot proving my concerns and these were summarily dismissed.
When I asked why the company was putting the onus on me and attempting to blame the customer for their technical error, I was curtly informed they would do nothing to correct the error and that "no way" would they re-issue a new card or even fix the order for me.
This is now the second time I've had serious issues with Living Spaces' so-called "promotional" cards. From my experience, these feel like a scam. I will be reporting Living Spaces to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission as they clearly do not honor their "promotional" cards, nor do they accept responsibility for technical issues on their own website. Shameful. I will never shop at Living Spaces again. Caveat emptor.

LivingSpaces Is Nothing But A Thief ! ! !
Over the years LivingSpaces was my number one store spending over $10,000. Recently, I purchased a Queen mattress and received a $300 gift card. I had 90 days to see if I wanted to keep or exchanged my Queen mattress. I decided to upgrade and spend more and upgrade to a King mattress. (Need to say I had to pay for a restocking fee)
One year to use the gift card. I finally found something I wanted to purchase. Come to find out they deactivated the card and would not issue another card! They could have received a repeat customer for many more years, now I say suck it LivingSpaces!

Terrible experience. Scam warranty.
Bought a $900 chair and paid extra for the additional warranty. Within the year, the frame cracked from natural usage. Warranty said the repair didn’t qualify. What!?! Then spent more than an hour waiting to speak to a representative. Never got one. A ridiculously poor experience.

Terrible experience with all aspects of ordering and attempt to cancel
I ordered a Queen Mattress online and AFTER the order was placed on the evening of 2025-12-14 I received a shipment notice indicating it was a bed in a box which I did not want and which was not indicated for the product on the website. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but it was late evening and I could only speak to an AI bot which did not help at all. The next morning I called Guest Services and they told me I could not cancel the order even though my receipt and the website says in CA I have 48 hrs to cancel. The agent was rude and not helpful. I finally called Shipping Dept and an agent said they would place a ticket to cancel. Then 6 days later I received a Voicemail saying they could not cancel a UPS delivery which was scheduled to be delivered in a couple of hours to my home and my only option was to refuse delivery but a Tracking Number would be needed. Living Spaces never provided any indication of how they would ship or any tracking numbers. So, I tried to obtain the UPS Tracking Number but their webpage would not recognize my confirmation number and no agent was available to take my call by phone or chat. I am stuck with a mattress I don't want and should have been able to cancel per their own terms. Shame on you Living Spaces. It's not so much the money but the aggravation and time lost. Your operation and agents are sub-par, rude and not helpful. By making it impossible for me to cancel my order, you have lost a new repeat customer that needed to furnish a 4-bedroom home and although you have some nice furniture, I will not ever spend another dime at Living Spaces. Miserable, frustrating experience and terrible not-user friendly and would not recommend Living Spaces to anyone.
