On Friday Feb. 27,2026we went to SanTan Valley Plaza in Gilbert to shop for a new bed frame and Loveseat with recliners. There was a sale going on so that made us happy. We found a bed frame and noticed a red sign on it reading SoldAs Is. I inquired about that and was told it meant no return, no exchanges and no money refunded. I specifically said we do not want something like that so we ordered a new one. After that we looked at a Loveseat with recliners. It was also on sale but no sign that read Sold As Is on it. Not once did the salesperson say it was sold as is. They had us sign the paperwork and not once said it was sold as is. We looked at the total cost and did look at the paperwork close as it was a signature on a tablet and could barely see the print at all. Still no word about sold as is. They were able to deliver the loveseat on Saturday so we agreed to that. They were late with the delivery of course. They brought it in the house and never explained how to plug everything in or nothing. We unwrapped it and were able to figure it all out. The bed frame had to be ordered so it was delivered today and they did assemble it. Well low and behold shortly after they left the loveseat recliner stopped working. I checked and everything was plugged in but it just was not working. So I called and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I said its only been in our house 4 days and its not working so get someone here to fix the problem. I again was told there is nothing we can do. I then asked why and was told it was a Sold As Is item. I was livid and asked since when as we were never told that and I specifically told the salesperson we didn’t want any furniture like that. Again I was told we’re sorry nothing can be done. At this point I was very upset and angry as we work hard for our money and we can’t even get a refund . He had the attitude of oh well too bad. I was told they could give me a 3rd party place to call and get them to come fix it. So I have something we can’t use in our house and they won’t do a thing about it and out all the money we spent. We are an older couple and we feel these people took advantage of us and robbed us of our earnings and we were lied to. Not once were we told it was sold as is and all of a sudden it is and after the fact we finally got a look at the paperwork that was not completed at the store by us but the sales person . We are so angry!! So beware cause they are definitely crooks and take advantage of people and cheat them out of their hard earned money. Never buy from this place at all. We have been talking to them for 4 days and still no acceptable resolution to all even after the owner said they wanted to help come to an acceptable resolution. We had this in our house only 4 days and is broken and still nothing they will do! They are scammers, crooks and thieves in our eyes. They want to close this case and we said absolutely not!! Next step we take will take is report to the BBB and the attorney once again.

I recently purchased the Elliot CK/EK Non-Storage Footboard/Slats Panel Bed (item 384108) from Living Spaces, with an original delivery scheduled for Saturday, February 21, 2026. I selected and paid for their delivery option (which I believe was the $99 full-service or similar flat fee at checkout). Just days before (or around that time), I received an email from their Resolution Team explaining a delay due to the item being transferred between their inventory centers—a process they say takes 14+ days. They apologized and said they’d contact me to reschedule once the item reaches their local delivery warehouse. The main frustration: They couldn’t deliver on the original Saturday date, and to get a Saturday delivery now, I’d have to pay an upgraded fee of $139 (up from the $99 I already paid/selected). This feels like a bait-and-switch—charge one price for a specific date, then delay the order on their end and demand more money to stick to a weekend slot that works for most people. Many customers rely on weekends for large furniture deliveries because of work schedules, and it’s unfair to penalize buyers with extra fees when the delay is caused by the company’s internal inventory/transfer issues, not anything on my end. Customer service has been polite in emails, but the lack of accountability for the delay and the sudden fee increase left a bad taste. I’ve been flexible, but this experience has made me question whether I’d shop here again. If you’re considering a purchase, double-check their delivery policies on weekends and be prepared for potential delays and added costs.

Absolutely will NEVER shop here again! 7 DAY return/exchange policy is absolutely RIDICULOUS!! Bar stool started falling apart on day 3 so I ordered new ones from a much better company that I love so much better. I assumed like most people that things have a 30-90 day return policy but nope I contacted them on day 10 and that's what I was told! I was moving into a new home and needed seating so that's why I went ahead and ordered more bar stools under the assumption that I could return the living spaces soon, but that's not how this company operates! I will absolutely be telling every social media outlet, friends, family EVERYONE to not shop here! How is anyone supposed to know if they love something or if it's not going to be a faulty product in 7 days! Do better Living Spaces! And ADVERTISE LOUD AND PROUD ABOUT ONLY HAVING A 7 DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY SO YOU DON'T SCREW PEOPLE OVER! Put it in your commercials too! I would give it 0 stars if I could!

They delivered recliners sofas to us on February 5, 2026, and were not properly assembled, as they left separate from each other and not connected properly to each other on their bases, resulting in moving Also, Some of the sofas are missing the small lower button support, making them unstable when we sit on them. And when we called them, they refused to come and fixed it even though we bought a warrant from them Before buying they said I have 30 days to return the sofas, but they refuse to cancel the order and refund our money back

Living Spaces 30251 Antelope Rd, Menifee, CA 92584 Furniture store THEY GIVE FALSE PROMOTIONS TO BAIT YOU. DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY HAVE ADMITTED THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. 2 years ago I was going through a divorce, a very hard time, lost all furniture that my ex took. Went to living spaces to purchase a bedroom set for $2,700. First mistake, is that I TRUSTED the sales rep, she said 3 year promo, pay $100 a month, it'll be paid off before the end of promo. I was almost finished paying off the furniture when I got an $1,800 interest charge on the card. Now I owe $2,800! Living Spaces Credit card rep said Living Spaces could help by canceling the charge, and charge again adding the correct promo. Living spaces told me there is nothing the can do and that I signed it and she said "it is what it is" and that I should've read it. I am a single mother with children to feed and the manager told me "maybe the person that helped you made a mistake but you signed so there is nothing we can do." How can they not have any responsibility for their sales rep?? I thought Living Spaces was a trust worthy company. I was wrong. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Read everything! They give false promotions to bait you.

The recliner I bought was damaged. I sent pictures. Nothing was done. After a day and a half of emailing with 3 different people, I called. They were no help. Do not buy anything from this company. They do not value quality or their customers.

Living Spaces delivered only half of my couch and then somehow managed to lose the other half. Not delayed—lost. For a company selling large, expensive furniture, this level of logistical failure is astonishing. What makes this worse is the customer service. After multiple contacts, I was given no clear explanation, no accountability, and—most concerning—no guarantee on when or if the missing half would be delivered. I was essentially told to wait while they “looked into it,” with no timeline and no proactive follow up. Communication has been nearly nonexistent. I had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get vague, unhelpful updates. No one took ownership of the problem, and no one seemed empowered to actually resolve it. Delivering half a couch and losing the rest, combined with poor communication and zero urgency, is unacceptable. I expected far better from a company of this size. Until Living Spaces can reliably deliver complete orders and support customers when things go wrong, I cannot recommend them.

I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service. My furniture was originally scheduled to be delivered on the 17th. On the evening of the 16th, I received a phone call saying the delivery was being delayed until the 24th. Then, on the 19th, I received another email stating it was delayed again. When I called for clarification, no one could give me a clear answer on when it would actually be delivered. I was told it might arrive sometime between the 1st and the 5th — with no guarantee and no real explanation. There was absolutely no resolution offered other than “that’s just how it is.” This level of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I’m now left just waiting, fully expecting to be told on the 1st that it’s delayed yet again. Terrible experience. I would not recommend.
