I can’t say enough good things about Outer. From the quality of the products to the excellence in customer service, they have far exceeded our expectations. We purchased our wicker four-piece seating set six years ago, and it is still practically as beautiful as the day it arrived. The built-in cushion covers have made such a difference, and people comment on the set every time they see it. Ours stays outside on an uncovered patio all year long. We cover it with the winter covers during the harsher seasons, but otherwise it is fully exposed to the elements. We also have two Goldendoodles who love to cuddle with us on the couch, so the washable cushion covers are an especially nice bonus when needed. I only had to contact the company on two occasions over the six years and in both cases, they responded promptly and remediated the situation swiftly. Both interactions were very pleasant and painless. I will continue to make purchases from this extraordinary company and recommend Outer highly. We live in a world where disposable products need limits, and I believe choosing well-made, durable pieces that can last for years is one small but meaningful way to be more sustainable and thoughtful about what we consume. An investment piece may cost more upfront, but when it still looks beautiful and functions beautifully six years later, that investment makes a lot of sense for both your home and the future of our planet.

We love our Outer sofa so much. We got a really big U-shaped sectional for under our new pergola, and it is perfect. We got aluminum charcoal with pacific fog gray fabric, two ottomans, and the matching dining table. Looks super good together. We have had it for almost a year now, so through one whole PNW winter. The sofa survived!! I just washed the covers the sofa covers and they still look great. It did take a long time to receive our sofa, but it was so worth it in my opinion. It still smells good, looks good, and is super comfortable. I would 100% buy this sofa if I had to do it over again.

I recently ordered Outer’s teak outdoor furniture set and fire pit table during their Black Friday sale. Stephanie from customer service was very helpful in updating us throughout the ordering and delivery process. Delivery was a few days late (but was also holiday season) however the delivery team was excellent - both professional and efficient. We are thoroughly enjoying our new furniture and fire pit, would definitely order again!

The personalized service from Outer is what first sold me. The product is well built, yet lightweight. It has a timeless design that never gets old. The fabric is easily removed and washed. I’ve enjoyed it for four years and expect many more. Highly recommended.

I love my Outer outdoor wicker furniture and 3-in-1 gas fire table! The furniture is beautiful, incredibly comfortable and made from recycled water bottles — stylish, sustainable and my favorite spot to relax or nap. The fire table is a total game changer. When my original propane table cracked after one season, Outer’s amazing customer service replaced it with the natural gas version at no cost and handled everything seamlessly. These are true investment pieces — high-quality, durable and built to last. They’re not inexpensive, but absolutely worth it. I highly recommend Outer to anyone wanting a beautiful, eco-friendly outdoor setup.

The best outer furniture ever and super easy to clean. We’ve had our set for several years and it still looks like new!

We purchased our Outer furniture—a wicker set—almost four years ago. Our backyard has a full southern exposure in Southern California near the ocean—with no shade—and so far it has held up beautifully. We have gone through a set of covers, but the frame and cushions are still as good as new. The purchase and delivery experience have been great each time we’ve ordered (although the covers this time were backordered for a bit longer than I’d have liked — I wish I had ordered them sooner because the rainy season is coming). I highly recommend this product.
