The stain used on the teak furniture…
The stain used on the teak furniture transfers to the cushion covers and does not wash out. Considering the cost of this furniture I am disappointed and do not recommend.

We are sorry so for the issues you're experiencing with your cushion covers. Teak contains natural oils that protect it from rot, and that's an important reason why craftspeople use it to make boat decks and outdoor furniture. Some natural teak oil may transfer to the cushions or the OuterShell during every day usage, which is a normal behavior for Teak. Cushion covers can be easily spot cleaned with warm water and soap. They are also machine washable with cold water. (Make sure to air dry only) You can also check out the Care and Maintenance section of our site for additional tips and tricks. If we can be of any further assistance in this resolution please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to help.
