Fast service and great price.

I use a wheelchair and am a 78-yr-old woman. I cannot get up if I am on the floor. The IndeeLift works as advertised (got on the floor and tried it) and I felt confident using it. No more arguments with my 75-yr-old spouse. No more 911 calls. The only negative I can say is where do I put it. It's big and somewhat ugly, well, industrial looking. It is a very good purchase for me. It arrived on time and was simple to assemble.

Customer service was wonderful and straightened out my mistake quickly. Super fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Great experience in making phone order for Ideelift. They said the product would ship immediately. The person I talked to was well informed about the product and about the details for ordering and delivery. He also answered questions about using and servicing the product.
