Love the customer service. Fast response to my emails,very friendly and very understanding. I have purchased plants since Feb of 2021 (lots of plants). I’m also part of the VIP Garden club. I recently experienced a plant that was not happy, as much as I tried to bring it back health every thing I did sadly did not work out for the plant . It was past the 30 day period but Lively root did everything they could to help. I will add it was the first time to receive a plant this way. Thank you Lively Root for all your help wonderful customer service, . I look forward to more happy plants.

Great customer service.

I received a rubber tree plant and observed spider mites about a week later. I contacted Lively Root for help to rid the spider mites and they offered to replace it or give me a credit towards a new plant. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to serve me. They were also very responsive, professional, and kind. I am a dedicated customer and will return for more plant babies.

When the sunflower I ordered didn't bounce back from the shock of shipping, they immediately offered to send a hardier replacement plant or a gift certificate, I went ahead and chose a replacement plant based on their recommendations and am eagerly awaiting its arrival. :) They were very helpful and accommodating beyond my expectations, it was a great experience.

Fantastic company, fantastic customer service!!!!! They addressed an issue with the handling of the plants by the delivery carrier and were so quick to resolve it! My plants are gorgeous !!

Fantastic customer support! I sent a tree to my son as a gift. It was delivered quickly, packaged well but some limbs were broken. I was disappointed that it was damaged during shipping but the customer service team did everything to satisfy us. Will definitely shop here again.

My purchase was a Philodendron Birkin! She arrived in perfect health! She was packaged beautifully! I was a bit concerned about the heat, as it’s been 90 all week! The way she was packaged was protected from the heat. Soil still moist at delivery! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
