So far i’ve only had good experiences using kindred. The homes i’ve stayed in have been great, and the people that have stayed in my flat have all been respectful. The kindred cleaners do a really great job of cleaning - however they often don’t speak english and can sometime mis-understand things. Thats really my only issue i’ve faced. I think the app is really well designed and the kindred concierge are incredible - they’ve always responded to me within 24hrs and are usually really helpful with any last minute changes. E.g. change of dates or time for the cleaner to arrive.

I think all the reviews they have are fake. I had a terrible experience hosting through Kindred. After a 7-night swap, their coordinated cleaner left my home completely unlocked and unattended for hours while I was traveling out of the country. Instead of properly locking up, the cleaner claimed she couldn't turn the key and simply walked away, leaving my entire property exposed. To make matters worse: Damage to Property: Forcing the key caused physical damage to my door lock mechanism. Slow Support: Communication with Concierge was slow, difficult, and inconsistent while my home was sitting unsecured. Kindred relies on trust between members, but their operational failures, poor customer support, and complete lack of responsibility when safety is compromised make them impossible to trust. Proce
