Omg! I didn’t expect such a great experience! I think I will always gonna use this app!

I’m a full-time vacation rental property manager, but I’ve been using Kindred a lot lately! The pricing makes so much more sense, and the overall experience has been so much better. Most vacation rentals only provide the bare minimum, so we often find ourselves going out to buy basics like condiments and cleaning supplies. Staying in a Kindred home feels much more comfortable and relaxing!

The adverts imply it is free to use but you don't find out that its nearly £100 a night to use the service until you have signed up. It takes two emails to fully delete your account. Once i did delete they sent an email AND a text to try to get me to sign back in and reopen the account! What an awful predatory service!

My partner and I have used Kindred for some months now and hosted for 14 nights. Our experiences have always been super great. Kindred creates a thoughtful and respectful environment where we feel safe to let people in our home. When it’s possible to truly describe your own home and how guests should take care, it’s better for both parties. One great example is our cat. We wouldn’t trust her to someone from air b’n’b (no shade…) but with Kindred we are sure to get cat lovers in our house.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences both as a host and a guest. It seems like the people attracted to this setup are the kind of people who treat others as they’d want to be treated and that extends to their homes. Knowing that you have to host in order to stay means that everyone has some skin in the game. I had an exhausting number of questions when I first started hosting and the platform team was responsive and helpful.

Pessimi. Ho preso un appartamento per 4 giorni a Los Angeles. Si prendono i soldi per la pulizia e sapete com’era l’appartamento ?? Sporchissimo!! Ho anche le foto! Gabinetti con feci! Polvere ovunque, peli di cane ovunque!!! Ovviamente gli ho scritto e manco mi hanno risposto!! Da denuncia! Prendono i soldi solo!!!!!!!

So far I’ve only hosted guests and not stayed, however, it’s been a great experience hosting and Kindred makes everything seamless.

Kindred is amazing! Exactly what you need it to be, the convenience and ease and affordability make traveling seamless. I tell everyone I can about kindred! The application process can take some time but a referral code helps! Kindred passport is so worth it
