I was very excited about these but my 13 m old son didnt like one single biteable meal. The meat was always dry and i tried mixing it with a condiment but it was a no go. It was a good ordering experience though. I wished they were a little better and my son liked them. Maybe ill try other meals or purees in the future.

The first shipment I received was fantastic. I loved all the meal options, how fast it was to heat up (60 seconds in the microwave then sit for 2 minutes before serving), and the perfect bite sized pieces it came in. However, the second delivery arrived warm! The only gel ice pack was completely melted and there wasn’t anymore in the package, in the middle of summer! I contacted them, and they offered a replacement. I thought what a relief! Then the replacement came today, and it was also warm! This time I met the FedEx driver and immediately brought it inside so it didn’t sit outside at ALL. I took the temps of the meals and photographed the ranges in temp we got was between 55 and 68 degrees Fahrenheit which is way over the 40 degree minimum for safety. This time the insulation wasn’t even complete, so of course it’s going to get warm. It seems like they have a lot of work to do if they are going to be making food for babies. The lack of food safety is terrifying to me as a parent. I do not want to risk my child’s health, and I’m afraid these poor standards are going to cause food borne illness. They do have excellent customer service, so I do hope that their shipment issues get sorted out because I would like to try it again in the future.

What a mess - meals are often cancelled, replaced with some random junk food, unpredictable and unreliable. No communication. But the worst part is customer service. They take weeks to reply, do not answer questions, do not resolve issues. Answer in a passive-aggressive manner. The food itself is unhealthy - everything is deep-fried and extremely greasy. Portions are tiny, all calories come mostly from oil. Menu is boring - same dishes all year long and now they discontinue everything decent and replace it all with pasta to save cost.
