I just wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with Little Spoon. Their food is always fresh, thoughtful, and consistently on point, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. But what truly stands out is their customer service. They genuinely listen to your concerns and are incredibly fast when it comes to resolving issues. Little spoon has been amazing for our 7 month old. It has been so great to ease into solids and make the transition stress free. The ordering process is so easy and the app is super user friendly. I recently had an issue where I was going to be out of town for an order and customer service was so easy to work with and accommodated me to make sure everything worked out with my order and they made sure that I was happy. I would highly recommend little spoons!

I love Little Spoon! My kid LOVES everything I order. So thankful for a brand we can trust! They also fixed an issue I had when I received a busted product. They immediately (Same Day) gave me credit for it for a future order. Highly recommend!

I have not received my order yet as I just made my first one tonight, however, I originally signed up to get the stage 5 purées as my little one is starting to refuse them. Then realized I could get the biteables plates and I reached out to customer service and Ron emailed me back within minutes and was able to cancel the purées without issue.

They were so kind! Ron helped me out so fast and was so kind with it! Will forever be a little spoon customer!

I missed the cancellation window on my Little Spoon order and thought I was out of luck, but they responded quickly, gave me a full refund, and let me keep the order. Really solid customer service! My baby really loves the food, so no complaints here!
