Purchased for the first time in 2024 and those pajamas have been passed down as hand me downs and still have intact stitching and no pilling. Overall they show very little wear and fading. Purchased again in 2026 and after just a few months they are see through, pilling and loose threads everywhere. These could never be passed down as hand me downs and might not even last the wear of one child. Would never recommend purchasing from this company.

I am SO disappointed with what Little Sleepies has become. The decline in quality while the prices stay premium is ridiculous. The new women’s joggers are SO much shorter. I’m an average 5’5” and they literally come up like highwaters on me. Why are we making women’s pants shorter when they were perfectly fine before? Then they removed the buttons/snaps from the women’s tops and claimed it was because this is what customers asked for. WHERE are these customers?? Because the comment section when the new tops were shown was full of people saying they HATED the change. And don’t even get me started on the kids’ pajamas. Some of the newer ones are so thin they are practically SEE THROUGH. These are not cheap pajamas, so why does it feel like we’re getting less and less quality for the same premium price? At this point, it honestly feels like these changes are about cutting costs. Shorter pants, fewer details on the women’s tops, thinner kids’ pajamas, yet we’re still paying Little Sleepies prices. I used to LOVE this brand and have spent entirely too much money with this company, but the greed is becoming impossible to ignore. Stop taking away the things customers loved, lowering the quality, and then telling us these are changes customers asked for. We didn’t. For the amount of money this brand charges, the quality should be getting BETTER, not worse.

My mother in law bought my twin boys each a cloud blanket. My niece had one and the boys LOVED it. I’ve always heard good things, so I figured it was worth the money. These blankets were a special print so they were more expensive. After one wash, the pilling on the INSIDE of the blanket is horrible. The more you wash it, the worse it gets. I mean, in no exaggeration feels like there is pea gravel in it and there’s no way to get it out. I’ve only washed this blanket 3 times since having it, and we’ve had it for a maybe a month and half. Yes, I followed all of the wash instructions. I sent an email and we’ll see if I get a response but I doubt it. I’m so tired of these giant corporations making bank with crappy quality items. It’s criminal.

Their web interface is confusing and I didn't have a chance to change the shipping address. I realized this immediately after the order was placed and there is no easy way to contact the company or cancel the order. I will be returning the item and not ordering from them again. Terrible customer service.

Found this page by accident and was surprised. I've been shopping with LS for years and their customer service has always been amazing.

I tried to immediately cancel my order bc my daughter wanted something else. They wouldn't do it. Then we get the item in and its so small it's not useful at all. It was a blanket sleep dinosaur lovey. Its about the size of of a peice of bread. Never again.

Scam. Order was never delivered. Fake tracking number shared and no response from customer care. BEWARE

They do not allow exchanges. While the material is nice, it is expensive. It is too expensive to not allow a size exchange, especially for expecting mothers!! They said that I would need to return the item for credit, receive a gift card, and then re-purchase the item at full price (they would not honor the original bundled price).
