Great packaging and love the idea of the design but a little tricky to assemble the bed and to get the cover to fit nicely at the edge of the bed. Definitely a 2 person job to assemble this bed. Otherwise a good product.

Excellent mattress for what you're paying. Great value for money. I just ordered another 2 mattresses. Ordered my 1st mattress 3yrs ago and very happy with it! Also got a bed frame and mattress 9mths ago. Good company.

Lovely bed, and honestly came so fast. I live in UK london and it didn’t even take a week, i got worried because of reviews but if it says in stock it will come really quickly! The bed is so cute and i love the colours. Do wish the dark blue was available for UK though. Bed is comfortable and perfect that its a floor bed so my tall husband cant break the bed if hes needed to comfort our toddler😂. I cant wait to show my toddler when his room is all done :)

Absolutely obsessed with my bed!! I ordered the cocoon king bed with the mattress & am very satisfied. Wait time as with any piece of furniture I have ordered can be little longer than expected but overall happy with the products I have received.

Our daughter is 19months when we decided we need to get her a big girl bed! I knew straight away I wanted the double little lifely bed, it’s easy for us hop in with her if need be and she has honestly done so great with the transition! She also every day plays in her room now because she loved jumping and climbing on it

I was a little nervous about ordering the Little Lifely bed because I had seen posts about people waiting months for their orders (I live in the US), but I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order exactly one week after placing it. We did order the green color, which was in-stock compared some of the other colors that needed to be pre-ordered. The setup video was helpful, and my 20 month old toddler loves it! He can bounce around and I don’t have to worry about hard wooden pieces.

Ordered a bed on 5th September 2025 with delivery scheduled for January 2026. In November, I was told the bed I had ordered had been discontinued and that I would need to pay extra for an alternative. I refused, since this was entirely their error and not mine. To their credit, they eventually agreed to cover the difference. January arrived with no delivery. When I chased it, I was told the new delivery date was June. June came and went with no delivery and no communication whatsoever — I had to chase every step of the way. The bed finally turned up in mid-July, arriving in two separate parcels with zero explanation. Throughout the entire process, communication was practically non-existent. Nearly a year from order to delivery, constant chasing, and no proactive communication at any stage. The product may be fine, but the service completely let me down — and it shouldn’t take escalating to get basic customer care. I need to thank Nico for her persistence in ensuring I received the item nearly a year later. Editing to add since company responded: feel free to reach out via email im more than happy to have further discussions on how services can be improved.

I am unable to fix the cover, it’s too small. Wasted 5 plus hours trying to fix but yet not fixed. Three people tried fixing but just doesn’t get fixed. Need help with fixing or else please take it back and give me my refund.
