Bed is great. Mattress is not good at all. The full size mattress came folded in half and then rolled into the shipping box. Despite allowing ample time to expand completely, there is a significant crease across the width of the mattress. The mattress also does not snuggly fit within the frame of the bed. 2-3in gap on two sides. Currently emailing with support. I would not recommend purchasing the mattress.

The bed came with marks and tears throughout and one zipper already broken to attach the cover- paid for a double and mattress and it seems cheap - wouldn’t buy again

The bed is fine apart from a zip missing from the bottom I did email with photos but didn’t get any reply

The company have been very difficult to contact or to get a straight forward answer, they have always been polite when they have responded but it seems like so generated responses to be honest, with not being able to just phone someone has been frustrating! We had to send our order back because there was a issue with checkout and we somehow had the wrong bed ordered and delivered despite the fact that was not the same bed that I put in my basket so I’ve complained about it and it’s taken a long time to return it and there was no correspondence about picking up the bed to return, DPL just turned up to take it. I’m still yet to get the correct bed but since the price is now gone up of that bed, I’m going to have to pay more. We’re very little concerned for Customer Service is still not resolved.

I had such high hopes for my 1296.00 combo purchase. It all started with my pre order to ship out aug 10-17th . then it never shipped in the time line so I started messaging. Finally when I was about to just cancel the order an chop it up to my toodler needs a bed now not month , they shipped it. Package arrived late so we just put the box in our office went on holidays returned. Sept holiday and started opening our box and there No mattress! I contact customer service and they were very dismissive, I inquired why I was never informed that only half my package was sent and they said they had a matress shortage which they were teying to seek from a diffrent place. I rejected this as my purches was strictly lifely product. I requested a partial refund for my matress(still have not recieved 1 month later).ill leave out the whole run around it took to get that refund approved making me send back itiems threaten to bill me for promotion itiems full price ect but never an acknowledgement of their error AND after its sorted they state they shipped out mattress (which was actualy a 2nd bed frame not a mattress so i had to sit to reject the delivery as it been canceled. Now I buy a full size matress and I haul this giant bed into toddler room to start Finally putting my 24 month olds bed together, only to find the zipper is completely un zipped in the internal foam which holds its structure once placed in the cover. I attempt to unzip an i cant as there no head on zipper which is clamps shut and factory sown in. I immediately contact customer care, and a lady suggest I use a pen or other object to pry open the zipper which I refused and made clear I was Not goiing to alter the bed which was not safe for my toddler if I cant 1 ever remove it from its cover 2 if the inner foam wall cant connect it leaves it unstructured and poses a saftey risk which im not willing to take. I requested a full fund for my entire purchase. So I was not able to test out the product from lifely. Advertising is wonderful and had me sold within an ad. Customer service i had 1 good person called leven who after 1 month processing a refund which I have yet recieved. 2months of waiting hassel running around ,improvements need to be made in the wearhouse and manufacturer who makes these beds. Premium beds at Premium price should deliver nothing short of 5 ☆.

Called to change my order from a double to a king single because I accidentally ordered the wrong bed. Lady on phone said no problem and will sort it out with delivery guys but would potentially cost money. I said no problem. And that I would hear from her that day via email. No response and wrong bed delivered anyway. We were so desperate by that point and couldn’t find the time to chase up. Pretty poor and can only give lifely 2 stars max as a result (honestly don’t even feel like giving it that tbh)

Ordered a bed on 5th September 2025 with delivery scheduled for January 2026. In November, I was told the bed I had ordered had been discontinued and that I would need to pay extra for an alternative. I refused, since this was entirely their error and not mine. To their credit, they eventually agreed to cover the difference. January arrived with no delivery. When I chased it, I was told the new delivery date was June. June came and went with no delivery and no communication whatsoever — I had to chase every step of the way. The bed finally turned up in mid-July, arriving in two separate parcels with zero explanation. Throughout the entire process, communication was practically non-existent. Nearly a year from order to delivery, constant chasing, and no proactive communication at any stage. The product may be fine, but the service completely let me down — and it shouldn’t take escalating to get basic customer care. I need to thank Nico for her persistence in ensuring I received the item nearly a year later.
