Not legit. Can’t even put the order through. It’s probably a fake site

Dex — we are a real company, but a checkout that won't accept an order is a fair reason to wonder, and that's ours to fix rather than argue about. We'd like to know what happened when you tried. Please email [email protected] and attach a screenshot of this review, and we'll either get the order through or tell you exactly why it failed.

Hi! My boyfriend placed an order through Lit Farms, but unfortunately, he never received it. USPS shows that the package was delivered on September 5th, but nothing was ever received or left in the mailbox. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the order, a backorder, or something else, but at this point, it’s been long enough that we need some kind of resolution. My boyfriend is incredibly sweet and has been very understanding about the situation, but honestly, this isn’t okay. At this point, we’d really appreciate it if you could either refund his order or send out a replacement. We’d just like to receive what he paid for or have his money returned. Please look into this and let us know what can be done. Thank you!

Thank you for writing this as patiently as you did. A package marked delivered that never arrived still leaves him out of pocket, and asking for a refund or a replacement is the right ask rather than a big one. Please have him email [email protected] from the address he ordered with, attaching a screenshot of this review, and we'll arrange one or the other.

I made an order for $138.00 back in June /26 and received an empty box in the mail sent a picture of the box to Lit farms they told me they could not help me because I didn't take out insurance I left a review on trustpilot they reached out in September and still no refund I will never order from here and neither should anyone else very bad customer service
Response from LitfarmsOct 23, 2026
Linda — you're right, and this is on us twice over: an empty box in June, and then being contacted in September without the refund ever arriving. Declining it because insurance wasn't purchased was the wrong call for a box that reached you empty. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, and we will process the $138 rather than contact you again.

I've made a few orders with lit farms it's a hit and miss with quality mostly miss. Three times they have sent me flower with mold. This last time they sent me a replacement and it had mold... don't buy from them unless you want a health hazard.
Response from LitfarmsSep 15, 2026
John — three orders with mold, and then a replacement that arrived mouldy as well, is the worst possible way for us to handle a mold complaint. Calling that a health hazard is fair. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can trace every one of those batches.

I just began smoking cannabis again at age 60 because of chronic arthritis pain n everything else.. I stopped when I went into the service at age 18 and of course you couldn't smoke weed and hold down a job back then cause, they test all the time... But, that makes me new to all this stuff... I ordered the lowest tier quality THCA from LIT and, it is what I paid for... Not their fault totally .. guess I should have known better...with that being said, I believe I've become somewhat of a weed snob; almost overnight it seems...I happen to get off on smells and flavors of cannabis and the ESSENTIAL tier doesn't have much of that... I complained and, they threw in some extras to shut me up... That makes them alright with me... Just know what you're ordering beforehand and, you should be good to go... I am going to try some of their premium bud just to see if I'm right... Anyway, the low tier didn't have the smell but, it tasted ok... The effects were good... I'll give LIT another shot but, only mid to premium tier from now on

Darrell — that's a genuinely useful review, and you're right that the Essential tier is built to a price rather than for aroma and flavour. If that's what you're after, the higher tiers are where to look, and we'd rather steer you correctly than sell you the wrong thing twice. Email [email protected] and we'll point you at the right ones.

THCA Gelonade flower is complete garbage. I’ve had thca flower before, this company’s product is total trash. Flower is overly dry so rehydrated with humidity packs. Flower generates zero effect even compared to other low thc flower I’ve smoked, and ratio flower. This doesn’t even have good cbd content for being hemp. I feel one can get higher among cat nip or other cooking herbs than this BS waste of money. Glad it was on super clearance as they are dumping stock before November when changes to the farm bill make it illegal again. Thank goodness the law will save other potential customers from wasting money.

Brad — flower dry enough to need rehydrating, with no effect behind it, is a quality failure regardless of what it cost on clearance. The cannabinoid content is something we can check against that batch's testing. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at the Gelonade specifically.

Of my 4 orders I've had through them only once was delivery date not hit..It was a day early..Always order and next day it ships...Buds have been very good with good varieties and excellent prices....I paid 4.21 to insure my order tonight and shipping is free and I don't have to drive an hour to town ,deal with idiots, get same strains there as Lit has and drive home...It's pretty damn nice...Not 1 problem or complaint and these 2 ozs make 8 I've got from them..
