That's about as clear as feedback gets, and we'd rather understand it than leave it. Something specific went wrong with your order and we'd like to know what. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at it and make it right.

Waiting on them to ship takes way too long. Mfs wanna holler out some “have some patience past 48 hours” when you contact them about ur order that hasn’t even been shipped yet. Man it don’t take 48 hours to put some weed in a bag. Especially if you got a warehouse w/ employees that you claim you have. The ratings show right here and I’m not seeing no lies. I think they marketing shit they don’t have and have to get it elsewhere. Prolly why they wait days to ship. Feels scammy. Especially after reading these reviews. Ppl w/ the same issue.

Antonio — you're right that packing an order doesn't take 48 hours, and telling customers to be patient instead of dispatching is not an answer. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can look at what actually held yours up.

The customer service here sucks very unprofessional, they don’t solve anything it’s like they don’t care but they will literally take your money quick but take long to even ship out your product and there’s no way to actually talk to someone if I could give zero stars then I would straight trash

Being charged instantly and then waiting on dispatch with no way to reach a person is a fair description of a bad experience, and we're sorry it was yours. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so someone here can pick it up properly.

Tried to order from them twice now and both were canceled for some reason. The money was definitely received because they gave me a partial refund. For some reason they decided to keep the tax and tip I gave them. What the hell is wrong with them. No customer service. Straight up worst experience I have ever had. You would think they would want your business but they don't seem to care. Good Luck

Brien — two orders cancelled with no explanation, a partial refund, and the tax and tip kept. The last part is the one we most need to fix. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can return what's owed.

I've been\nUsing lit farms for the last couple of months and let me tell you, it's the greatest f****** experience.I've ever had. High quality products delivered on time at unbelievable prices. Somehow , trust pilot has two out of five stars for the site , and I think that's absolute garbage. Everybody should try lit farms!!

Business before was fine, something has changed! Wait times as many have said have skyrocketed, and the staff has been downright rude to me during what was a fairly routine check in on my order that they canceled without EVEN telling me. Cannot fathom what has changed that this felt like a good idea but I simply will not be ordering from them again, no matter HOW cheap their weed is. I won’t stand to be jerked around and then disrespected like that.

Jeremy — an order cancelled without telling you, and rude treatment when you checked on it, is not something a low price makes up for. You're right about that. We're sorry. Please email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and attach a screenshot of this review, so we can review what happened.

Okay, shipping sucks. Period. But......I'ma stand corrected on my poor review. The Sherbanger smalls is fire! Half a gram bowl and I'm ordering more as we speak Second up is Wedding Cake smalls. Dry but salvageable with 62% humidity pack in a mason jar. Good smoke tastes good. Third up is Pipe Dream smalls. Very Danky. With all 3 the Trichome coverage is average and nice, it's gonna be really good after the moisture comes back In the glass curing jars . I'm literally about to get 16 different Strains/Ounces so I have a shit ton of choices. Leaving Green Unicorn Farms to transition to LIT. Here's my honest evaluation: if it takes two weeks to get your order---okay. Cool. We live in a microwave world. Everything isn't in 30 seconds like on AI. With 29$ zips, yeah......theyre backed up. Who ever thought we could EVEN buy weed in the mail? I sure as heck did not. If it takes two weeks to get a qp of 4 different strains, then it takes two weeks. I'm high on this weed and I've been smoking concentrates all week Be patient, the package is worth it. especially this Pipe Dream. Good lord, with some Italian coffee....great morning pick me upper
