Poor telephone service

Rick has been very helpful and excellent about followup. sent back hearing aides 3 times now and still do not hear very much out of left one. when I return them I include a letter explaining wheat is going on still get back with the same exact problem as before sending them in.

same as above, yes would and will recommend.

Product did not live up to the hype Promises made by sales reps were not kept

It's helpful but getting used to it's takes some time. It's difficult to use the phone while wearing. Still getting electronic feed back

Very bad experience??

I did not end up purchasing the Sonic Clear devices. They were "Ok" but not outstanding. They did improve my hearing . . . when I could get them to stay in. They come with this weird wire that is supposed to somehow lock them into your ears, but I could never get it to work and half the time the wire would pop out and stick out of my ear. When this happened I would look like an idiot until either somebody told me or I happened to look into a mirror. They did amplify the sound/volume but despite claims that they were fully and customized adjustable, I never got them wired into my exact need and often the sound was hollow. Now, that is not to say these devices wont work for others, they might and probably will. But at the price point, they were not for me.

First set didn't work well, they called me several times to get things right. 2nd pair (upgrade) still not able to use at work or on the phone which is about 85% of my day. They never called me at all on the second pair so the trial expired and now I am stuck with something that I don't use that cost me $1500. LIKE I SAID NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL.
