I have had my hearing aids for 2 plus…
I have had my hearing aids for 2 plus years and they are working fine I am able to hear much better than before, they have been back to the factory once and are performing just great thank you

My experience has been that the batteries do not last more than one day. Also, the tip on my right ear became lodged in my ear and I did not catch it, thought I lost it and it became infected. So the ear tips need to be a better fit. I finally discovered the tip after having a Dr. examine me more effectively and then remove it.

My hearing aides worked well for most…
My hearing aides worked well for most of the first year. However they are not holding up My right one works when it wants to and the left is working most of the time. I am disappointed and feel cheated. I talked with customer service and I don't feel like they listened to me and just guessed what my problem was and sent me another piece. However it didn't work... so I'm waiting for the payments to be done and I can get a better pair. I almost feel like I've been scammed... $800 for each ear...

Ms. Liedl- We're sorry you're having issues with the hearing aids. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. I love my hearing aids. They are comfortable and there is no background noise. I forget that I even have them in.

Lousy product
Lousy product worked a few weeks and quit working. Talked to customer service they sent me a new cable and earpiece worked for a week

Mr. Lenger- If the hearing aid was working and then stopped after a week, it is usually a cleaning issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. It also looks like you haven't called Customer Service in over a year. first off I missed by 1 day to cancel
first off I missed by 1 day to cancel. I have not been happy with the aids themselves. I would have liked to be able to make adjustments in the level. also I use glasses for close up and it was to easy to damage the battery compartment and it would be nice to be able to turn off without opening the battery compartment
