A quality digital hearing aid , it does help me to hear others speaking . The multiple settings are helpful . My model can only be turned off by opening the battery holder , a big weakness in design . It's a flimsy, vulnerable battery holder. My battery port was broken once . They did replace it.

My husband has a difficult time fitting his ear plugs properly into his ears no matter what assistant he receives. I and his daughter try to help but we are also unsuccessful. Perhaps there are some people who just cannot wear your hearing aids. In his total frustration he has stopped wearing his hearing aids and we are paying monthly for a service we are not receiving.
