a better product
The hearing aids work better than my old ones and are more comfortable to wear.

Listen Clear is not a hearing aid
Listen Clear is not a hearing aid. It is a hearing enhancement. It does not clarify conversations. As far as I can tell it does nothing to reduce background noise, the volume control is non-existent. Does not help with telephone conversations. I have had the snap on earpiece come off in my ear twice and had to have it medically removed. Most disappointing and extremely costly.

We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. If you'd like us to do this, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. First time user happy with hearing aids
The hearing aids are easy to use. Payment program is nice. My first experience with hearing aids. Right and left easily marked. I like the remote. However, the remote is easily turned on when carrying it in a purse. Needs a more secure on/off switch.

I feel like the batteries drain really…
I feel like the batteries drain really really fast. Sometimes it’s hard to adjust the sound, but they work really well to hear from.
