These are the best hearing aids
These are the best hearing aids . They have helped me so much to hear. They are well worth there money and I would recommend them to any one I want to thank you all very much for them ..

not happy
Not working! Only had them for a few months and I already lost the one for the right side. Don't miss it much because the left is the one I need! Unfortunately the left one doesn't work anymore. I tried several new batteries and it won't power on. I haven't gotten it wet or damaged it. I placed it in the storage case because I wasn't going to wear it for a week (that turned into 6 weeks) and now it won't work.

With the age of the hearing aids, it's probably a cleaning issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. If you do not clean them, the tips become clogged and won't transfer the sound to your ear. It also looks like you haven't called Customer Service in months- please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

The hearing aids are great
The hearing aids are great. Batteries are very easy to install. Love everything about the product and the payment arrangements are very convenient for seniors. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs them.

When I learned I needed hearing aids…
When I learned I needed hearing aids and no one else would help me, I received a call from Listenclear. Until then I was sure I would have to live with my hearing loss. My husband and I are on disability and could not afford hearing aids or get financed any where else.You have been exceptional patient answering any questions I've had. Super fast sending supplies I ordered. I just cannot thank you enough and seems to be a very good quality of hearing aids. Thank you again!
