Mr. Bowers - We're sorry you're having issues with the hearing aids. If this is a new issue, the white tips need to be cleaned. Take the off the receiver wires once a week and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. If this is an ongoing issue, you need a larger white tip in that ear. Please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

I don’t hear as well with these hearing aids as I did with my old ones. I do wear them because hearing a little is better than not hearing anything.
