I have signed up online and set up an account. When I try to sign into it, it doesn’t except the password that I signed up with. Also, do you offer a 10% discount and then say it will be emailed to my email I never received it so I can’t use the 10% discount? It’s just a little frustrating also when I got a pay for things, it be nice to be able to sign into my account and already have the record of things there. Plus you talk about a rewards system but if I can’t get into my account I will there be counted?

I did like the little dish but for some reason I did not see the part where I could have it engraved which is why I had to order another one.

This was MUCH SMALLER than photographed. I was surprised as the price did not reflect value. Edit/reply: the quality is fine. Very sweet really. No return needed. Perhaps I should have investigated more thoroughly. Thank you for your reply.

The return was very easy. I appreciate how quickly it happened. The new ring arrived quickly but the rings on the Brave Love spinner ring looked slightly tarnished. After 2 days the rings are black. This is my third ring I’ve had. One I lost, the 2nd ring had some of the spinner rings fall off, and this one. I have 4 other friends purchase this ring in honor of a friend that died. I’m so disappointed with this new ring. It is different from the first one. My friends have had no issues with their ring. The brim of the ring was wider so the spinners would not come off. Please help me. Should I return the ring and try again?

I ordered a sterling silver ring with aquamarine stone. It's beautiful but very, very thin and small. I was a bit disappointed.

I love the charms. I was thinking that the chain was longer. I also got the free breathe necklace. This is where I was very disappointed. It can in a small pink bag. The chain is so tangled that I am having an issue getting it out. I will keep trying. Not sure I would order another necklace thru your company. Now I have to see if I can find a longer silver chain thru Amazon or another company. So that I can wear the charms.

I was disappointed with how light and inexpensive this is. It is a pretty ring, and I’m sure my mom will love it. But I had to polish it myself to get it to look like something that didn’t come out of a candy machine. Overall it’s a totally fine Mother’s Day gift I was just hoping for a little more for the price tag.
