I ordered ( according to her fb page, several others also have) may 26th for earrings. I patiently waited but started emailing customer service tried calling no one answers or calls back) I keep getting the same email back regardless of my question I am assuming it is an automatic reply, no refund of money. We are ALL being ignored with the same lie she's behind in production but yet we see on her fb she's attending parties,shopping and traveling with her customers money..It is DISGUSTING this woman has literally stolen from us we are reporting to the BBB and our credit card companies I don't know how she sleeps at night! And supposedly she comes from a religious background. BUYER BEWARE

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a custom necklace May 17th 2024. They charged my credit card. I have never received my order. I’ve received 2 emails asking how I liked my purchase…. When I reply I have received nothing they say they will get back to me. No reply. I have left multiple voice messages, no one has called me. One email even said I have “extra points toward my next purchase” I was so excited for the necklace…. I don’t think I’ll ever receive it or my money😔

My daughter bought me a ring that I've wanted for a long time. The sapphire fell out three months later. LLD stated they could not replace it because it is discontinued even though it is currently for sale on their website. It was very disappointing because I really wanted to support her business. Now she's too big to be trustworthy.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I have never had worse customer service with an on-line company. Placed an order in June 2024. 3 weeks later, I reached out to get status on order. Got an auto-response email with a promise for a reply in a few days. A week later, I sent another email and got same auto response that a service rep would reach out. Left a voicemail yesterday, 7/22/24, asking to speak to someone on this order because it was a gift to be given at an upcoming party. Still haven't heard from anyone on my order. It appears I have no choice but to contest the payment with PayPal and get a refund. This company absolutely sucks and there is no "team" behind the name.

I ordered a personalized bracelet on May 27th. It is now July 22nd and I still do not have it. I called and spoke to customer service about 31/2 weeks after I ordered. She stated it usually take 1-3 weeks to make the product and 1 more week for quality control. I was told I should receive a shipping confirmation at the end of the week. I have emailed a couple of times since then and have been asked to be patient and to accept their coupon on future purchases. I did receive one email asking if I liked my product. Again I emailed and was asked to be patient that they are working hard to get caught up. My latest email has not been responded to after 11/2 weeks. I would not order from this company. They are a scam

I ordered a personalized bracelet in May and never received it or a notice that it had been shipped. They don’t seem to provide a number or customer service to speak with someone.

Called left 4 messages emailed 2x and still no response. Money has been withdrawn from my acct and it has been over a month since I ordered my rings. And no information on tracking or if it even has been completed. Customer service is non-existence.

I ordered 3 necklaces in May. I have called the customer service line several times about my order with no reply. I tried to text on their website, but got no where. I love all the other pieces I ordered from them, and I am puzzled that I never heard back from customer service after placing calls 6/21, 6/26, & 6/28.
