I would have given 5 stars but my purchase (birth stone ring) came in with wrong orders of the birth stones. Still very beautiful ring.

I ordered two of the blessings plaque for my grandchildren one of them appears to be damaged. On behalf of my own error i did not capitalize the first letter of their names i would have thought the person engraving would have caught that. Other than that the wording is very sweet for a child.

Beautiful necklace but not packaged correctly. Chain was knotted and took a while to be undone.

The necklace is delicate and beautiful, I like that the size of the heart makes a statement, The only downside for me is the clasp hardware. The last link in the chain isn’t a typical larger one to hook to the claw…it’s the same size as the rest of the chain… like it wasn’t finished. I struggle with putting it on and taking it off.

Beautiful ring.. delivered very quickly. I’m very happy with the product.. My only issue is the crazy amounts of emails received since I made the order. I do like to receive promotions but my goodness I got one once a day!! I unsubscribed for this reason.

Everything was very easy. Loved catching a sale. I had to give my email address several times and supposedly was to get a code for 10% off but never did. I assumed I wouldn’t get another 10% off since the bracelets were on sale, but I wasn’t sure and didn’t get a code. On another note, my nephew has CdL syndrome and looks so much like David. Love your honesty and compassion.

Shipping could have been a bit faster, but all in all it worked out ok. Bracelet is pretty but I expected it to look a bit more shiny.

I bought these XO necklaces because of your story about David and your journey to discover yourself and your worth and your specialness. I wish there was a card or some message that you relayed in that story accompanying your necklaces. These are for my Daughters for Mother’s Day and I was mved to order them because of your message. Please Think about that in the future and just a short message like “You are Loved for who You are” is special from you.
