It took me a few tries to navigate your website and honestly was getting very frustrated before being able to purchase. Then at checkout it showed no charge for shipping but when I gave my payment info it totaled with shipping by that time I just made the purchase due To frustration so hopefully I will like your products after jumping through hoops.

Nice, but not as expected. The imprinting both outer and inside seems off. Not as clear as in the advertisement. The cuff was not buffed as nicely either. I felt for a cuff bracelet it was a little tight going on and coming off. I do have small wrists. I will keep the product though. Lesson learned with online shopping.

The necklace is what I ordered, but the name is off center and honestly looks a bit weird and sloppily placed. So, I’m slightly disappointed as it’s a gift for my mom. Not the first time I’ve purchased from Lisa Leonard, but the first time it wasn’t just perfect.

The pendant's design is beautiful. The original wording and the heart in the center is beautiful. If only whomever was stamping the letters "Mama" on the pendant had taken about 20 seconds to make sure the word "Mama" was directly underneath the center of the heart is would have been perfect! This was not the case and that 20 seconds must have meant a lot to that person because the word "mama" is at least 1.5 letters off from being centered. Then, I'm sure they are checked prior to shipping so there's 2 people that didn't give 2 hoots!! I even paid extra to get it here on time. Had know it was going to be a rushed crappy job, I would haven't paid for the rushed shipped. Thanks first and last time I purchase!

The necklace is beautiful but the O ring that connects to the clasp is way too small. Not sure I will wear it much as it is hard to put on.

Web site hard to use. I get too many emails and text. I received a coupon for 35% after I ordered!!!

Hardware is nice but I paid for express shipping. Nowhere did it say it would take 3 weeks to make and then be shipped out. What's the point in paying an extra $20 if I don't get it quickly.
