The personalized ornament I ordered looks very nice. The font and spacing are done perfectly. I know the recipient will love it. I ordered it now because of the discount and free pearl necklace offer. The pearl charm is lovely but it doesn’t quite match the silver necklace.

I am receiving quality for the price range. I am receiving very good customer service with timely responses. cost of shipping is getting pricey suggesting I look more local for competitive product.

Your web site is fairly easy to view and simple to place an order. I would like it if you could provide tracking once the order has shipped. Otherwise, you have some very interesting and beautiful product offerings. Thanks!

I have ordered many times from Lisa’s, several rings, necklaces etc. The last ring was for my thumb size 6, fit perfectly, ordered another ring different style then the last but the 6 didn’t fit my thumb, sent it back to have it re sized, received good customer service, ordered 7 instead, it’s too loose now, though I don’t think 61/2 would fit either. It’s just a ring that’s not right.
