I’m actually unhappy. I have two other rings with my kids names and they are beautiful and polished. I just had my third and the ring looks dull and completely different from my other two. Why the change?! I would like a new ring that looks like my other two.

I had to send the charm back three times. Even on the third attempt it did not match or come close to the other three charms I purchased. The charm shouldn’t stand out when wearing together as a jumble necklace. Need some way to make them at least close for those that want to add as they have grandchildren etc. The people I spoke to were kind but even sending in a picture and the inconvenience of having to ship so many times was disappointing.

This was .my second of the same bracelet. This one looks nothing like the first. Names are spaced so far apart, they look awkward. Color of silver is very very light. Also, the circle is off in shape. Not round, a bit of an egg shape. Disappointed.
