Keychain with my pets name…
The keychain with my pets name was smaller than I thought it would be. Also it had a nick on it and the letter “g” was smaller than the other letters and not placed well. I would of thought this would be a chunkier charm for a key ring.

Incorrect Ring Size
The ring I ordered was ok. However, I had ordered a 5.5. What I received was barely 5.25, and it was too tight. Fortunately, I have a stainless steel ring mandrel and was able to adjust the size a little, saving me time for having to send it back. But I shouldn't have to do this. I posted this review to their actual page as well, but as they have to approve the reviews, I doubt it will be posted.

Like the ring but different than previous ones I've owned...
This is my 3rd ring from Lisa Leonard (Clearly I like the products). Unfortunately this ring, the font is slightly spaced differently and more bold and the metal color is slightly darker than my previous stack rings. If you don't have any previous, then absolutely, get this! But I got my first 2 back in 2016 then this 3rd in 2023 so you can notice the change.

The rings for my granddaughters are…
The rings for my granddaughters are lovely. Problem is I thought they would be a little thicker and a bit heavier. The design is lovely but not worth the money. Sorry

Initial bracelet
I have other jewelry from you that I love. This bracelet is very dainty and pretty but very difficult to open the clasp and put in on. I’ll only be able to wear it if someone is around to do it for me.

Slightly disappointed
I’m not that impressed with the sterling silver chain I ordered to go with one of your beautiful charms. I thought for the price, it would have a lobster claw clasp. It does not and I’d like to suggest that you add them. Those clasps are not costly and would add quality to the necklaces.
