My necklace was first delivered with my last name misspelled… then when the second necklace was delivered all names were spelled with first letter in lower case… we placed instructions on the return receipt to please capitalize the first letter of our names and to have our last name to show von Mosch. Apparently no one read the instructions. Necklace is very nice but so disappointed in the attention to details for personalization.

I was not impressed with my order. There was an error with the engraving of the order and it appears to be more of a manufactured engraving vs. a handcrafted engagement.

The impression was supposed to be a “b” but was messed up and looked like an “o.” Wanted me to mail back and buy a new shipping container to mail back their mistake. I offered to email a picture of damaged product. Couldn’t promise it would be in before Mother’s Day even though I ordered it 2 weeks out and got the damaged one 4 days before Mother’s Day. At least after some firmness they said I did not have to send back the damaged product.

Chincy made in China chain..had a knot in it that I can't get out.i m sure glad it was free,the rings I ordered are way pr priced. Sorry but it falls short of what I expected for the price.

I thought the ring would have a shine to it. I hope the stone last longer than the stone did in the sun burst ring I bought before

I have been waiting for updates on an order for a few weeks and nothing, i have even called and was told i would receive a tracking number and nothing still....

I’ve been wanting rings with my children’s names on them for years so i finally gifted these to myself. I have purchased & liked her jewelry previously but BE WARNED that this “sterling” is a brushed silver & it’s the color of dull gray pencil lead. So disappointed.

I liked the charms I bought, but they came with only one necklace. The charms were meant for two different people, so I had to give one of my charms without a necklace. I would appreciate getting another necklace for the person that only got a charm. Thank you, Sally Watkins
