Thanks
This is not the first time I’ve ordered from Lisa Leonard. Her products are cute and well made. They stand the test of time. They arrive quickly after the order is placed.

First time ordering
The ornament I ordered arrived on time and it is just what I ordered. No surprises! I love it! It is very good quality! Only one minor suggestion would be that you allow capital letters when personalizing. I personalized with a name and I was not allowed to capitalize the first letter.
