I purchased 2 rings, both size 7.5. Both rings are not the same size and I can’t wear them on the same finger as planned. I also think the sizing runs small, I would order a size up from what you normally would. I purchased a non personalized set of 3 staking rings in a size 9 and they fit perfectly on the same finger with the size 7.5 I ordered in a personalized ring.

I normally buy a couple pieces a year, as I absolutely LOVE your creations. But my last ring I bought to stack on my son's ring, I always order the silver, and when it comes, they always are absolutely beautiful. I recieved my newest stack ring, and it was light brown and doesn't look as good next to my others. Maybe it was because the ring was on sale? I'm not sure.

I really like the extra charm I bought with my new grandson's name on it. The only thing I wish is that the name and heart were as dark imprinted as the 2 other charms I bought previously with my granddaughters names on them. The new one is just a lot lighter. But I still like your products!

I got the free pearl necklace with my order but it was smaller than I expected.

While I was checking out, I went back to double check an item in my cart and the shipping went up $3. Not a huge amount but just frustrating.

I’ve ordered from you for years. I have noticed a decline in the quality of your merchandise. The Birthstone Flower is not the same craftsmanship as previous versions. I won’t be ordering again.

I love the products. Most are good quality. The designs are unique. The tiny footprint ring is cute. I wear it every day as a reminder of my sweet dog who is no longer with us. I took a star away because I realized, after I had placed the order, that I needed a slightly larger size. I contacted the company within a few days of ordering and was told that ALL of the pieces are custom made and that if I needed a different size I would have to reorder and send the original order back. I was also given the option to have it sent back and resized. I highly doubt the footprint rings are custom made. I ended up ordering two. I took a second star away because I was supposed to get a free necklace with the second order and it wasn’t included when my package arrived. This is not the first time this has happened with free items. I do love the product but the customer service is just ok.

It was very easy to purchase the initial bracelets online. They are pretty but the clasps are very small. It is very difficult to get them on and off. Larger clasps would greatly improve the design and functionality.
