I have to be honest, I am disappointed. I finally purchased the nativity set that I had been eyeing for years. When I opened the package and lifted the top foam piece I found that most of the figurines had come out of their foam cradles and were gathered in one corner. As a result there are several dings, rub marks and scratches on the figurines that clearly go beyond the signs of handmade items. This could have been easily avoided by using a thicker foam cover or additional packaging materials. I realize that the figurines are made to be handled and will possibly get marks throughout their lives, but at this price they should at least arrive unmarred.

I kept getting kicked out during ordering process but was ultimately able to complete order.

Once I started looking at site (I didn't buy until a couple days ago)....I got text messages and email a couple times each day. Too many!!!! I knew I would buy but just wasn't ready to at the time I signed on. Toom many email was kind of a turnoff for me.

I have loved everything I’ve purchased from Lisa Leonard designs.. however, this time (the spoon rest) I feel was much “less” than I expected. It is so very thin and smaller than I imagined too (though I did not read any description as to size) If you decided to make the spoon rests a bit larger as well as very much thicker (More substantial) I would love to buy another one. I feel this looks a bit “cheap” and that is not how any of Lisa Leonard designs look.

Took over 8 days to ship from ordering. Had I known that would be the case I would have paid additional for quicker shipping to have it on time. Still hasn't arrived...and will take another 4 days per USPS.

Love your product!!! I was offered 10%discount if I signed up for text messages. Entered my phone number and no code was sent. I have received texts though. Disappointing…

I didn't see anywhere to put message for recipient. I used your chat bot to see how to add a message and it was clueless. There was no where to close chat screen which was hiding fields for credit card info so I ended up closing browser window and starting over.

The item my friend purchased for me was lovely. However the non-stop emails and marketing are too much. This company needs to dial it back and trust the quality of their goods and satisfied customers will help them grow.
