I am very disappointed in the quality of the angel ornament I ordered for my first grandchild’s baptism. First I noticed a flaw under the left eye of the face. It resembles a tear track. Then I noticed that the printing at the bottom of the ornament is slightly off center. I would have written this review last week but I was on vacation and just opened the ornament last night when I returned. Other than these 2 disappointments, the ornament is attractive and true to the online description. However, I will NOT be giving it because isn’t a quality item.

My order still has not been shipped.

This is going to be a 1st birthday present for my great granddaughter. I was disappointed because her name is not centered on the handle. So sad.

I have ordered from LL several times in the past and have always been satisfied both with the quality of the jewelry and customer service. Last week I ordered two of the stacking rings that were 75% off - one sterling silver, one gold plated. Before ordering, I used my ring sizer from a jeweler. My middle finger on my right hand where I planned on wearing these rings measured at a size 8. The rings I just received from LL were huge! They fell right off my finger. Unfortunately, my middle finger on my right hand is my largest finger, so these rings don't fit on any other finger. I have no idea why there is such a discrepancy in the size of my ring sizer and these rings. I have ordered rings from other companies using this same ring sizer and have not had any problems. I contacted Customer Service and explained my dilemma. I wanted to exchange these rings for a size 7. But from looking at the FAQs on the LL website, it didn't look like they did even exchanges. From the FAQs, I read that if I wanted rings resized, it would cost $15 each! (Plus shipping for me to mail them back.) That didn't seem fair if the fault is on the LL end. Customer Service got back to me with a form letter basically just saying I could return the rings for a store credit or refund. Lastly, I was honestly a little disappointed with the quality of these rings. Both looked and felt cheap and the finish dull. I don't think the quality is what it used to be. Later edit: it took two weeks just for Customer Service to get back to me when I inquired about my return and credit. All in all, it took over 6 weeks to get my refund. And they don't reimburse for shipping costs. Unfortunately, because of the now low quality of the materials in the jewelry and because of super slow customer service and not reimbursing for shipping costs, I will no longer be doing business with this jewelry company.

I put through two orders for a total of eight stacking rings very soon after they went on sale. However, what I received doesn't look at all like the photos of beautiful shiny rings on your website. They are all dull. The gold look bronze, the rose gold has no shine, and the silver looks dull and tarnished. I read your instructions on cleaning them and followed them but they don't look much better. I'm disappointed. I know they were on sale at an amazing price but I just didn't even consider they would look like this.

I ordered sterling silver, the ring I received seems to be more pewter than sterling silver…. There is a distinct difference between the one I ordered and the two I was given as a gift.. I even looked back at my ordering option thinking I chose pewter, there’s not an option for that.. not happy at all…

Both of the last times I have ordered, I have been so disappointed in the silver jewelry. It literally looks so old and tarnished that if I wore it, I would be embarrassed. I thought the last time was perhaps just a fluke but it happened again. I won't order silver jewelry again and will return this as well. Several years ago, I ordered the name rings and they were silver but shiney and nice! The technique for your silver merch has gone down in my opinion. I want to love the merch but I can't give it another try.

Terrible quality. Bought three of the sterling bar necklaces w CZ stones. Returned one, which was awful quality. The other two were somewhat better so kept them. Very disappointed. Have bought many Lisa Leonard products before and always been pleased, not this time.
