I wish giving 0 stars. I GOT MARRIED WITHOUT MY RING. They don’t pick up any call or respond emails. I submitted a dispute On my credit card. I’m SO upset!!!

Wow!!! these reviews are validating everything I've been going through!! I have ordered from her for years! her product is amazing and I currently wear her stackable rings! I ordered another one for myself on December 4, 2022....NEVER SHIPPED. It is now January 11th, 2023! I contacted the customer service email numerous times over and over..I finally heard from someone on Jan 4 with some canned BS response saying becuase of the holidays it takes 21 business days and on that day it was considered day 17. BS!!!!! ONCE PEOPLE ORDER LET THEM KNOW OF THAT RIGHT AWAY!!! My order still says in production! This is REALLY too bad becuase the quality of her product is superb!

I wanted to order 4 rings for my daughters birthday but I had a few questions. I called NUMEROUS times over 48 hours & sent multiple emails with my two SIMPLE questions. I have received no call, no email only ridiculous amounts of marketing emails reminding me I have things in may cart & they're going quickly. UNBELIEVABLE. I'm so happy I decided to read reviews before placing an order. Thank U to everyone for being honest & hopefully this will affect their business.

*** update! a few days after this review was posted and the BBB was contacted I received an email that my item was shipped. The necklace and charms were delivered today and it's a beautiful product. I wish it never had to come to this but with so many complaints just like mine out there I felt it was necessary. i'd rate a 0 if I could. I ordered a necklace for my mom with a few pendants that she specifically requested. Of course the credit card was charged the same day. I've reached out via phone, email and social media - NO RESPONSE. BBB has been contacted

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered a ring on December 8th, 2022 and was charged immediately for it. I have not received the ring, or any other updates outside of a TON of marketing emails. All support emails and phone calls have been unreturned. I am working with the bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT ORDER from them. Don't get scammed like I did.

I’m sickened to read these reviews. I have ordered from Lisa several times with no problems. Mid November l ordered a necklace for my daughter-in-law, that order came without an issue. Shortly after, l ordered another, this time for me. I’m having the same problem as everyone else. When my order was late, l reached out expecting it to be resolved. They have not replied to my emails or phone calls. I’m beyond frustrated at this point. Horrible, horrible experience to be in this predicament.

They will NOT return phone calls or emails. I have waited four weeks for an order; I have left multiple messages on the voice mail, since no one answers, and I have emailed. There has been NO RESPONSE. They charged me immediately but have heard nothing since the order was placed. FURIOUS. NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HER! She will steal your money and your order will NEVER be delivered! I placed an order over a month ago and have called, left VM, DM her, emailed and have had no luck! She is stealing everyone’s money and is getting away with it. Place your orders somewhere else.
