I had a horrible experience with Lisa Leonard. My best friend tried to get me a ring with my new daughter’s name on it. The first time it came completely tarnished and I could not clean it with a jewelry cleaning cloth. I had to send it back. The second time it came with my daughter’s name misspelled and I had to send it back. The THIRD TIME it came and the name was completely crooked and you couldn’t read it. Then, they had the audacity to CHARGE for the return of the 3rd ring. Each time it had to be sent back with a form included. I would 100% NEVER recommend anyone order from this company.

I paid more than 500.00 for two gold and precious stone rings on January 27th. I had not received a shipping notification or update by 2/28/23, and reached out multiple times asking for both. There is no autoreply, support ticket, and I have received no replies. In the meantime, I did take a look at reviews here and BBB and was dismayed to discover my problem is not rare, and today, leaving this review, I see that in the last 12-15 hours there are multiple 5 star reviews in a row, pushing down the reviews I initially read dated this month and last (this makes me suspicious about the veracity of those recent reviews). I'm empathetic that small businesses sometimes run into big problems, and I'm open to truthful updates about such problems and reasonable, but I feel I haven't been given any recourse but to let others know about my experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered the love and loss ring set. Poor quality cheap metal. No shine or polish to the items. Wore them for less than 1 week. Edges felt rough against my finger. I threw them out. Do not waste your money on items from this company.

I thought I just had bad luck but apparently this company doesn't care about the customer. I give up, life is too short to keep chasing after this company. Hire some people to answer emails or get out of business.

I got a neckless for my girl friend for Christmas. I paid $74 dollars for it and it never came. I have tried to contact Lisa Leonard via email and phones call. This company is just full of scams. They will not return calls or offer any help. Very poor to see this company is ran so poorly. I was very excited to give this gift but sadly it it never came. Very disappointed with this company.

I’m so upset. I ordered 4 rings on December 4th for Christmas gifts and I emailed them multiple times and called, left voicemails never once did they get back to me. Christmas comes and goes, never receive the rings. I filed a dispute with my bank and at this point it’s been 6 weeks. The day after I filed the dispute I got a flipping shipping notification from Lisa Leonard. So I received them and the initial heart shaped ring feels so cheap and the A initial looks like a V. I’m just so disappointed and I hope this gets to the right person. The rings were $50each and I’m telling you the ring feels like it came from Claire’s in the mall. Please don’t order from this company

I ordered 2 necklaces worth $140 on Dec 12, 2022 for Christmas presents. It's Jan 14 & still no merchandise. I called on Jan 3 2023 to check on status. Phone bank said they were closed for the holidays til Jan. 3. They lied...not open Jan 3. Put in a dispute in to PayPal that day. Company responded to PayPal on Jan 10 2023 that due to weather & them being closed for holidays, shipping is delayed. Please allow 1-2 weeks for an email saying your order shipped. It's been more than a month since I ordered. No communication whatsoever received from company regarding a delay. Only after contacting PayPal did they respond.
