Lisa Leonard DesignsReviews of lisaleonard.com

14K gold heart necklace ordered of 4/17/2023. Shipping indicated 2 - 8 days. I called on 05/1/2023 to check on it and was told it could be another three weeks. Too late to give as gift.

My item says delivered by UPS, however it has not arrived. The company recommended on how I have to follow up and their instructions brought no results. I hesitated to purchase from this company as the shipping fee was $25 and it was a very light package. I should have trusted my instincts. I have spend way too much time on this already. I guess I just have to write it off as a loss...

The was no name engraved on it as requested. Holly… and no card stating who sent the item… had the recipients info in both billing and shipping and not the senders info.

I have been asked to review items I have not received. I ordered April 8 thinking the 2-8 day delivery on the order sheet meant arrival time. The rings were to be a gift for my granddaughter of her 18th birthday, May 3. Now, after calling, I was told my order has not even started production and almost certainly will not arrive in time. I am heartbroken and disgusted. I feel misled and totally resent the daily emails calling me “friend,”. Lisa Leonard is no friend to me.

How can I rate this when I still have received it! Can't even track it I've ordered from here before but it's never takin this long

This is my second order thru Lisa leonard and I was sent the wrong item. It’s been 6 weeks and I still have not received my first order. I don’t seem to be having a very good experience with this company

I like the products but despite checking no emails i was hit with a flurry of emails often more than 1 a day and when i replied asking them to stop received more. Buying something on line should not subject one to 20 or more emails, ffs.

Discounts were not as the website implied (20% off, but only on some things), but were offered site-wide one week later. AND, my order has not yet arrived.
